"Calphalon's Contemporary Nonstick Griddle is so easy to use and great for making lots of different things!! I found that pancakes are wonderful to cook on it since it heats evenly over the whole surface. I've only recently been learning to cook, and all of Calphalon's products make it easy to catch on."

"Love my pan, perfect for pancakes and french toast, grilled cheese sandwiches. Everything cooked is evenly browned and perfect. Temperature is pretty even across the entire surface, pan lays flat and doesn't warp causing it to rock and loose contact with burner and heat. Cleanup is quick with nothing sticking, warm water, a sponge and a bit of soap and it's done."

Bent Pan and NO NO with OIL,July 10, 2009

"I liked it while it lasted. But I expected a calphalon product to last much longer.
I had purchased two - one for myself and another for a friend.
This pan could not handle oil at all. Whatever little oil I used for cooking has caked the pan, which cannot be easily cleaned. The option is to use a steel scrub, which will anyways spoil the non-stick coating.
My friend's pan bent after a few weeks of usage.

"My husband loves this griddle - he cooks EVERYTHING on it despite the fact that we have tons of great cookware. He always puts other pans on top of it in the cupboard without a towel or pad to protect the surface and it doesn't show a single scratch yet.
Also wanted to let potential buyers and users know that if you take a thin griddle like this and submurge or even rinse off with cold water when it is extremely hot, it will warp. This is true for lots of cookware and bakeware, so wait until it is cooled off before you rinse and wash!"
