"All-Clad makes great cookware. I have their larger grill pan and love it but the 11'' is great when cooking for just 1 or 2 people. It's a great alternative if you don't have access to an outdoor grill. I've grilled burgers, chicken, steaks, veggies and it hasn't failed me yet. It cleans up quickly too."

"I love this grill pan!! I love love LOVE this grill pan. Living in a NYC (can we say "tiny") apartment, with no deck or patio, outdoor grilling isn't an option.
I spent a LOT of money on various grill pans, from other good companies, but they weren't satisfactory. Then I bought the All-Clad LTD 11" square and fell in love. Despite the instructions, I use it at high heat and it sears meats like a dream. I love the grill marks so much, I toast my breakfast bagel on it.
Can I tellyou it cleans beautifully??? No muss, no fuss, no nasty grilling muck left behind.
This isn't my first AllClad cookware, and it won't be my last. BTW, I love the LTD finish... very sexy."
