"I bought this pan because I wanted a non-stick grill pan for those "indoor" barbeques. I bought it because of the reviews and I'm so happy with my purchase. Heats evenly, goes into a hot oven for "finish up" cooking, and cleans up like a breeze. My son has used it twice already to make grilled ribeye steaks and loves the pan too. I will definitely buy All-Clad again."

"This is the best pan ever made! This non-stick is extremely easy for clean-up. The heat distributes evenly so the food comes out great. This is as close as putting it on the grill except there won't be any charcoal flavor. I would recommend this for everyone. A MUST HAVE!!"

"The grille pan by All Clad is a great accessory to any kitchen. When you can't get to the grill outside, this pan works wonders for beef, chicken and even fish. My favorite, however, is to braise fresh string beans with garlic. Wow, what a pan!"
