Horrible - Bad Quality

"I exchanged a Airloom Mattress set for this Beautyrest Black Mattress because I was told it was the Cadillac of mattresses. Well, that was my mistake to believe. Within the first couple of days, I noticed it started to sag even though I'm an average weight woman and not large at all. It was comfortable at first, but wow, I couldn't believe how much of a sag happened so fast. Now I'm exchanging it for another identical set. I'm weary."

Too Firm for my comfort

"I purchased this mattress after trying out many in the store. The Kameryn felt comfortable in the store. When delivered, the mattress felt very hard. I maybe got two hours of sleep the first night and five the second night. If I slept on my side, I woke up with my side muscles twitching from it being so hard. If I slept on my back, I woke up with the muscles around my rib cage contracted and I felt like I couldn't breathe until I sat up. It trigger a migraine headache. I tried to take a nap but couldn't, had to take a nap in my son's bed. I am returning this mattress. Husband does not have a problem with it but claims it's not the most comfortable bed he's slept in. When I called to have it returned, they recommended for us to try it out for a couple of weeks, it will become softer, eventually. I am putting my old mattress back on so that I can get a good nights' sleep until I can choose a new, comfortable mattress."

Sinking after 2 months

"Felt *AMAZING* in the store and when it arrived home. Comfortable gel top that was supportive yet relaxing. After about 2 months I noticed that I didn't feel as comfortable as I used to feel. So I moved to the center just to test, since neither my wife nor myself sleep in the middle. It felt perfect, yet my side was sinking and not nearly as supportive as it was when we first bought it.

Seriously? In 2 months it feels totally different than it did when we bought it? That's insanity. Unfortunately the return period is 2 months, and Simmons will not cover any 'firmness preference' with regards to warranty.

Total garbage."

Great Mattress!

"We have had this mattress for about 2 months and we are so happy with it. No sinking, indentations and no soreness during the night or anytime! It sleeps so much cooler than our old Beautyrest pillowtop. Our salesperson, Marlene at Sunrise, was wonderful and we give her the credit for helping us make the best choice and giving us so much better sleep at night. She was honest and really was helpful. So far we love this bed and that is a hard thing to do with so many poor mattresses on the market! Our last mattress was terrible and we were afraid to purchase another failure. Thank you Marlene!"
