"I'm so glad I purchased these. I ordered the 8 but returned for a 7. They easily stay on your foot without a heel strap. The height is good because with the platform base, you are only up about 2.5 to 2.75 and it does not put a strain on your legs. The straps do not dig into your feet like other sandals do. Plus they are very comfortable to stand in with the Born foot base. I ordered the Panna Cotta color. It is a like a muted silver with a little bit of copper washed in. It looks to go with everything. I think I am also going to order the black."

Comfy shoes, but color is off

"I ordered these shoes in ivory for my wedding day. I wanted comfy wedges that would keep me stable on the ground in my outdoor ceremony, lift me closer to the groom's towering height, match my ivory dress, and find a place in my everyday wardrobe. These shoes are definitely comfortable - the most comfortable pair of wedges I've ever put on- but the ivory isn't the right color. Rather than describe these as "ivory" I would call these "dirty bone". The color doesn't have the warmth of ivory, and the leather has darker smudges that look like dirt; the shoes look like they've been worn down 6 blocks of a busy city street. Maybe I received a pair that someone had returned after wearing them in a dirty area, but I'm going to return this pair and not order another, which is a shame because the shoes are otherwise stylish and very comfortable. I might keep these shoes if I hadn't intended them for the wedding, but all in all the color variation makes these not worth the cost. Perhaps a color other than "ivory" would look less worn. Also, I wear a 7.5; because these are offered in only whole sizes and another reviewer who wears a 6.5 said a 6 worked for her, I ordered a 7. My heel goes to the very edge, and the shoe loosens in my step if I don't point my toes down to keep the shoe on. If I ordered another pair I would order them in size 8."

LOVE my Borns!

"I am a "__ Shoe Source" kind of gal, so paying this much for shoes is quite a splurge. But these are so worth it! They are incredibly comfortable and fit like a glove at the store. I wore them all day with no rubbing or pinching, and got several compliments on them. If I could, I'd get a pair in every color! Well, well worth the investment!"

"I bought these shoes because I am a teacher and I wanted something dressier than flip flops and something comfortable to wear in the summer with skirts. I love them! I can wear them all day without any problems. I highly recommend them. I wish they came in brown as I would definitely get those. And I can't tell you how many compliments I have gotten. I did go down 1/2 a size as I usually wear a 7 and got these in a 6 1/2."

"I have horrible feet and can't wear many heels but these are amazing, light weight, soft and comfortable. I didn't want to take them off in the store. Definitely worth the $$$ I want them in PINK"
