The swath of fabric for the straps balance out the body and really look lovely, providing grace and elegance. "Believe it or not, I ordered 6 suits for a vacation to Hawaii. Hoping at least to find one that I would like. I ordered this in 2 sizes (12 and 14) and kept the 14. Suit is great for D plus cup but I have narrow hips and will have to have it taken in around the leg. Very flattering cut all the way around. Once I drop the last 20lbs - I will purchase another (or 2) of these for sure!"

"Beautiful quality suit but had to return it! I didn't get the lift and support I wanted from this suit. If the straps were adjustable somehow it could have worked, but I felt saggy in this. I sized down to a size 4 but still had the same problem. It's a very classy style, but I just felt like the chest part was not flattering due to lack of support."

"This is a great fitting suit. . .I have a long torso and this suit fits beautifully, the drape of the suit camouflages my tummy without the uncomfortable 'control' of a tummy panel, I am in between sizes and could have gone a size smaller, but I am very happy with the fit. I feel attractive #not easy at my age# and comfortable by the pool. This is a suit for young & old alike!"

"I bought this bathing suit last year onine. I was a little spectacle about buying a bathing suit without trying it on. I must say, this is the best bathing suit purchase I have ever made. It fits true to size and is very flattering. The only problem with the suit is that I ordered it in hydragnea and the color faded terribly. I wash it in cold water like instructed yet the color continued to fade. I have decided to purchase the suit again this year however, I will order it in another shade."

"What a great swimsuit. The construction makes it very flattering, and it's also extremely comfortable. The straps can be spread out as it appears in the photo, but you can also bring them up off the shoulder like a regular, but slightly wider strap which I like the looks of better and which is extremely comfortable. I tried 4 different suits and like this one the best. I purchased it in black because that is always the most striking and slimming color. Husband really loved the suit! Reference: I'm 5'7", 145#, 32DDD on top and got a size 8. What is great is how well the top fits, supports, and holds things in. As a DDD size I have issues with some suits, but this one is perfect in that regard. Very very flattering all around."

"This bathing suit is unique and beautiful in design. Feels very retro Hollywood, feminine. The fabric is extremely soft and light weight, making it more comfortable than suits that feel like you're wearing a girdle.
Minuses:The tummy area has no reinforcement at all, and while it's not a big issue with me, it would be nice to have some structure in what is a weak spot for most of us. And I agree with other reviewers- the rear-end is rather loose - ONE cheek keeps riding up when I walk on the beach. Didn't walk around the try-on room so of course I didn't notice it till after I'd purchased and removed all tags. Kind of irritating, esp. given that this is a "high-end" designer with a big name! This has never happened with cheaper suits.
I would recommend this suit but NOT at full price, due to that design flaw in the behind."

"I ordered this originally in a size 10 in the royal. I loved it, but couldn't decide. I then ordered it in an 8 in the green and it fit perfectly. I had two to decide from and my coworkers loved the slate in the other style. I then ordered the 8 in the slate and it is perfection. You can't go wrong, having seen all 3 colors, they are all gorgeous. Very flattering and elegant, and I am thrilled for us women that we can feel beautiful. Never order a suit on line and I am so happy I did."
