"A true coffee afficionado here. I LOVE this coffee maker. One feature I really like is the ability to adjust carafe temperature (3 temps); previous brands I've owned just didn't keep the coffee hot enough. Adjustable time for auto shutoff also a great feature. After 5+ years, my unit still looks like new."

"I have had this coffee maker for 8 years, no problems. The clock is so easy to set and the coffee pot goes on every morning just as I have it programmed to do. If we lose power the clock has always been so easy to reset if needed, sometimes it will be right on time."

"This was given to me as a Christmas gift. I honestly would have overlooked it myself because it looks difficult and complicated to use...but nothing could be further from the truth. It is very easy to use and has a lot of great features like auto on and auto off (love it) and also has a self clean mode. The temperature control is genius! Kudos to Cuisinart for that gem of a feature!
The only thing I didn't care for was not being able to see the water level, but it is not a negative, I just needed to get use to it.

"We have had this coffee maker for about 4 years and enjoyed it for about 3.5 years. It recently started shutting off on its own during brewing and now it will not turn on at all. My mother-in-law has the same maker and the same thing happened to her in less time. Will be looking for an alternative brand."

"I have had this coffee-maker for nearly two years now. We bought it after the old carafe one we had leaked for the LAST time! This coffee maker does exactly what it needs to without a bunch of extra unnecessary bells and whistles. Our favorite functions are the auto-shut off with the three time options and the two-cup brew. It maintains the heat well without burning or scalding and it hasn't leaked or overflowed. Our friends got sick of their old coffee maker and ended up with the same one and they love theirs, too."

"We've had this coffee maker for 7 years as of Christmas 2009 and it still works as well as it did right out of the box. Makes great coffee and the programming features are very reliable. The carafe just broke right next to the metal ring from the 7 years of daily heat and we'll have to replace that, but after all this time I figure a new carafe is reasonable for this workhorse coffee maker. A+"

"Best Coffee Maker Ever! I have bought several coffee brewers before, and none compare to this one. Coffee just not tastes the same. The brewing has everything to do with taste. If done to fast the flavor is not fully captured in each drop of coffee. "After buying many coffee makers over the years, I was never happy with the flavor, and especially the brew temperature, of the final cup of coffee.
