"I inherited a set of Gorham Fairfax silver flatware from a great aunt in 1975. She purchased her set in 1918. I have added pieces over the years and I always find the pattern easily. The pieces are simple to polish and goes with whatever style of china I use at the time. It is perfect with the new popularity in mission style decorating. Fairfax is simple, elegant, handles easily and after 90 years of use still in style."

"I inherited this pattern from my GreatGrandmother & have added to it. This pattern is classic, stylish through 3 generations, elegant & extremely well made. All sorts of different additional pieces are made to complete or replace any items in your set. It does well in modern dishwashers-not touching any stainless! Has a wonderful balance in the hand & guests continually comment on how well it handles."
