"I bought this waffle maker used it a couple times and the handle started sticking it would not open then the timer light would take too long to come on it started smoking and the result well done burnt waffles."

"I bought this for the holidays for my family & one for my mom. We used it often. It was easy to clean-up and super easy to use. Unfortunately, my son put it away in the cabinet and when I opened the cabinet it fell out & the resin body broke. I enjoyed making the waffles for my family, so here I am to purchase it again. This time I will not let my son put it away."

"We received this waffle maker as a wedding gift. The waffles it makes are absolutely delicious and fluffy and with the indicator light, they are never overcooked. However, after only using it 4 times (in 3 months) the handle broke. My husband tried to reinsert the handle into the clip and when he did, the entire contraption broke. The package says it has a two year warranty so I will take it back, but I am so saddened that the product did not work out. The machine is light and a little flimsy...I hope ours is an isolated experience..."

"I like this waffle maker because it allows for even cooking of both sides. I have used a "traditional" waffle maker in the past and it was difficult to cook the waffle long enough for the underside to fully cook without burning the top side. I rate it 4 stars instead of 5 because it takes up too much counter space; I think the design could be more streamlined.."
