"The Vintage color is not well represented here online, but is a really nice rich gray color in person.

Macy's delivery was very quick - I live in a second floor 1918 brownstone condo and was concerned about it fitting, but it was no problem at all.

The couch is very comfortable in both the reclining position and neutral. I was super hesitant to buy a couch with "power motion" because it seems extremely unnecessary and couch potato-ish, but the button is well hidden. What sold me is that the couch can fit snugly against the wall and still be reclined since it reclines down and out as opposed to back. So, I got a couch that was stylish and my boyfriend got a couch that reclined. A good compromise! My kitty also approves."

"I love this Nina Power Reclining Sofa from Macy's!! It is so comfortable. You touch the button and instantly recline. You choose how much..whether just enough to life your feet off of the floor or fully reclined, it is comfortable. You can lay down on the couch and the arms are at a perfect height for comfort for your neck. The padding of the cushions is substantial and the fabric fits tightly over the cushions. It has a very clean and modern look. I would definately buy this couch again and encourage others to purchase it too!!! You will love it!"

"I can NOT find a comfortable position (I'm 5'10" tall).

When the sofa is not inclined, I feel crooked and out of place when sitting close to arm rest. I look at the position of my knees and they look a-symetrical. When sitting closer to middle or center I sit lop sided (also I feel the foundation under the seat padding), causing one of my hip's to slightly raise.

When inclined the space between seat cushion and back cushion (near the lower back) becomes basically a hole with no support. This inclined position also feels uneven and uncomfortable.

I've had them for 1 1/2 years and the cushions have sagged a little. When I first bought the sofa and love seat, it seemed so comfortable for the value of a power reclined sofa, but now I would like a different sofa that has a little more lumbar support.

The power recliner on the love seat, which has not had much use is BROKEN and is stuck in the INCLINED position. Luckily I got the "Worry No More" extra warranty." I'm in the process of it getting repaired and it has taken what seems to be 6-7 weeks.

Having said all this someone else might find it very comfortable (initially).

One good thing is that I know what to look for exactly in a sofa. But it is difficult to find one that fits all needs and budget."

"After 5 weeks the left side of the sofa would not go down, I've also noticed that the patting around the wood inside is pretty thin as in no padding. So if you sit a certain way you just have fabric and wood. It's a great idea but I'm not so sure I would buy this brand again."

"I bought two identical sofa, one is perfectly fine and the second one was once changed for not up to standard, but the new replacement is not good either. does not have enough padding and the cloth sages. Workmanship is very poor.
then have no quality control."

"Today my sofa and chair were delivered by Sal and Julio, they were very patient, understanding, and they gave me very good costumer service. I am very happy with my sofa and chair, the furniture is beautiful, now i can come home and recline and enjoy the rest of my evening. I am so glad that I went to macys. "I purchased the Nina Power Reclining Sofa from Macy's and I couldn't be happier with it. My experience with Macy's was exceptional. I saw this sofa, on sale, in the Macy's Furniture Gallery here in Seattle and ordered my fabric choice (Peat - which btw - is not really represented well in Macy's pictures online. It is a rich, brown/tan - beautiful color - not the yellow it appears on some pages). Delivery took about 30 days, and the two guys who delivered were truly pros. The sofa arrived in need of some assembly - which was PERFECT - because I live in an apartment that is hard to move big furniture into - and they had no trouble. My Nina Sofa was assembled in minutes and they were out the door with a nice hand-shake. The Nina Power Reclining Sofa is beautiful to look at, truly one of the most comfortable couches I've ever sat on, and it's VERY easy to take a nap in full recline! Yes, it reclines to almost full flat, smoothly, and with the touch of a button! Love it! LOL I highly recommend the Nina - in fabric or leather."
