"I wanted to love these shoes so much I bought them in two colors. Upon trying them on, I had to pull at the sides to fit my foot semi-comfortably inside and my feet are on the narrow side so this was a red flag. Also, my toes felt a little crammed into the front shape, but with plenty of room at the heel. They have a timeless look and I desperately need a staple like this, but my search will continue as these will be going back to Macy's."

finally heels that work

"I am a person who NEVER wears heel mainly because I can never find a pair that I can wear more than an hour or two. These shoes are wonderful i have had them for about a month now and only have no complaints, I walk with confidence and don't have the urge to take them off after standing in them for a while. The shoes do run a little large but that is fine with me. The heels are the perfect height and the platform makes them very comfortable."

"I really liked these shoes when I first bought them but after I wore them for a 3rd time, the front sole has started to pull away from the shoe leather causing a gap at the front of the shoe. Unfortunately it looks like Macys only has the black and not the brown that I purchased so I guess they go in the trash and I am out some money."

The Holy Grail of Heels

"I have been looking for the pair of heels that doesn't make me want to saw off my feet by the end of a night. These...are them.

I have worn them out to dinner, to be in a wedding (15 hours for that), and to walk around downtown through snow and ice. I got the black ones in size 8 (I wear 8.5s in most heels), and they fit like a dream. My feet are somewhat boney, and I have spurs on the sides of each from all the years of wearing bad and cheap high heels in my early 20s.

I want these shoes to come in every color.

But you get my drift. They fit a little smaller, are good for boney, damaged feet, and at least for me, they're the perfect heel. These are the first ones I've ever tried that haven't hurt my feet - and I have a lot of shoes. It's to the point where I avoid wearing the others after having tried these."

"I have searched high and low for the perfect work shoe that was comfortable yet stylish and sexy, and these are them! They have a rubber sole under the platform: a double whammy for comfort! I am in them from 6AM to 3PM everyday, and I don't even feel the need to take them off when I get home. This info weighs heavily on the credibility of my review because I am not a malnourished 18 yr. old with tiny feet: I am 37, 135lbs, and a size 7.5. They run true to size; however, I have a boxy foot, so I stretched them in the toe a bit, and now they are absolutely perfect! I would not steer you wrong. Get them!"

Marc Fisher Black Leather Sydney Pump

"I wanted these shoes so bad for work. I am a flight attendant and only wear my heels to work and to/from the plane (flat shoes for the service.) Finally got them and hate them. They went in the trash 2 months after purchasing. Height was fine for me and they do look good. But they were uncomfortable. Very hard, no cushion at all. Also, the quality to me was junk. The leather started peeling and the rubber sole started coming off all around the edge of the shoe. I'm not hard on my shoes either, I wear them maybe 4 hours a day 6 times a month. I bought these to replace a pair of pumps that I wore regularly for 2 years."

"Pictures can be decieving...not that the shoe is not cute but not what I expected. First they are very uncomfortable by the front. Second, they are too high...purchased them for interviews and it was sent right back.In addition runs slighty big its just horrible!"

"The style was exactly what I wanted, but the fit was a bit of a problem. Tight in the front on both feet, and loose at the heel on left foot only. My left foot is slightly smaller than my right, and there was no way to keep it from sliding out of the shoe.

Sadly, had to return them."

"I LOVE this pump-it's perfect for work. I tried on 7 pairs at the store and this brand was the most comfortable. I have a WIDE foot and have the hardest time finding a high heel that is comfortable and doesn't squeeze or rub- this shoe does neither! It's wonderful, I seriously can't believe I have worn them all day long and my feet dont hurt at all. I will be buying them in other colors!"
