Buyer Beware Poor Quality

"Within weeks of buying this sofa one section had to be replaced, and already the cushions are sagging. As of yesterday there is now creaking. This sofa is only 3 months old, we are not big people, this should be happening."

Money well spent

"I am not an impulse buyer, so when I needed a new sofa for my small house, I looked at every furniture store I could find. I could not find exactly what I wanted anywhere, until I looked at this one. I paid a little more for a custom fabric color, and I have never been happier with a purchase! It is just the right size and shape that I wanted, and the color is beautiful. My two kids and I can now all sit on the sofa and stretch out, and there is plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. The cushions are firm, and perfect for lounging or napping. The back cushions sometimes have to be re-shaped, as the batting shifts around inside, but that's to be expected with lots of use and it's no big deal. I love this sectional, and Macy's customer service is superb!"

"It is sometimes very hard to buy things online, so before I purchased this sectional, I did appreciate and pay attention to the other customer reviews before me. Once the furniture arrived, their positive reviews were confirmed. I love it! We have a small living room and previously had one couch so that only one to two people could sit down. This beautiful, durable sectional fit in our limited space and now provides room for our whole family to sit together. I highly recommend this sectional."
