Stops working

"I got this watch as a Christmas gift and had to get a replacement battery for it before February. Not a month later, I accidentally hit the watch (on my arm) against a chair. The glass completely cracked. I've banged watches much harder than that and had no problems. Thankfully, Macy's took the watch back and I got a new one. It is now April and the "new" watch is dead again. I will be taking this watch back to the store for a third time. Not bothering to replace the battery as this style is obviously defective. Cute watch but VERY disappointed in the craftsmanship."

"My daughter just return to the Macys Store and they resizing the watch band while she waited. They removed links and she tried it on until it fit perfectly. Just make sure that you have the directions in the watch box. We didn't check the box for the directions and had to return to the store."
