"My husband fell in love with this sofa, we bought itt. It is very comfortable big Sofa (4 people can easily sit on the sofa) . The only problem we've got with this product s that when you open the recliner, there are some scratches inside on the leather. We asked for change and they did it kindly but after two o changes we saw that they all have this problem, so we decided to return the sofa. besides that all the experience and everything with macy's was great."

Great sofa!

"I recently purchased this sofa in the cognac color. It is a beautiful color, very well constructed and is made with top grain leather. It is not a space saver but I have it about 3-4 inches from the wall and it reclines all the way without a problem. The electric recline is nice and I like that it reclines so far back. The only thing I don't like is the seat, when upright, is a little short for me but that's a personal preferrence. Overall, this is a great sofa and I've even purchased a couple of more pieces from this set."

"My husband and I recently purchased this sofa after eyeing it for over 6 months. We have to say we both love the sofa. It is a very BIG sofa but very comfortable at the same time. The leather is not too hard or soft. I do not know much about leather but it seem a good quality leather with good grain and thickness to it. The reclining is great although if you have big fingers it might be a little difficult to get to the buttons since it is hidden on the inside armrest away from eye sight."

"I've looked my eyes out for comfortable leather furniture. I cannot even hear the power motion reclining feature on the Natuzzi Ricardo furniture! At the end of a 2-hour commute-to-work day, reclining in this furniture is like slipping into a jacuzzi. This has been the best purchase I have made in ten years."

"The entire purchasing experience at the Santa Ana Main Place exceeded our expectations. The sales lady, Ruby, was extremely helpful. The sofa which she said was the most popular was out of stock but she promised delivery in about two weeks and even phoned us a few days early to give us the good news that it had arrived. The delivery team truly provided five star service and did not leave until everything had been carefully moved into place and tested. This is an EXCELLENT sofa and we love the motorized recliner. It is very attractive and more importantly extremely comfortable. We look forward to years of use. We will make future furniture purchases from Macy's because the quality of this leather sofa far exceeds what we saw at numerous other retailers, yet the sale price was very competetive."

"This has to be the most comfortable sofa that I've ever sat in. My finance & I were able to fit perfectly in just half of this sofa. Four people could easily fit on the couch together. The leather is really soft; great stitching, and it even power reclines. I highly recommend this product."
