Navy is almost black

"I ordered the "navy" color, which on the website looks like a vibrant blue. When it arrived I thought I had ordered the wrong color, as it is almost black. On close inspection is is not black, but a very dark navy blue, nothing like the picture. Also, the dress makes me look like I'm about 10 years older, so it's not something a 30 year old would wear. It's going back."

"I was a newbie buying clothes on line and used Macy's recommendations for my body type. I was thrilled with the results. I selected 2 dresses, both of which were a great fit, for a wedding and am keeping both. I was afraid the bling might look cheesy in person and draw attention to my large waist (my hips are 3 inches smaller) but it looked elegant and flattering. We travel quite a bit and this dress came through the shipping process essentially wrinkle free."

"I saw this dress and 2 others on line. This was my 3rd choice. My husband was my critic; advised not to buy this one. We went to the store instead. Tried on first 2 choices; saw this 3rd choice. Tried it on and my husband was floored! he said "put the others back!" He likes the ruffle flow in the front which softly accentuates the dress. The design gives the dress the look of flowing, fitting and its stylish. The material is so comfortable, light in weight and falls just right. It's not over accessorised. The detailing makes it functional for different occasions. Bought it in black for a formal black and white dinner. The right hair style, jewelry and clutch...bam! Received many compliments. "The style is flattering. Originally, I bought this dress in blue to wear to a wedding. Well, as some other reviewers have stated, the blue in the picture is a beautiful royal blue. In actuality, the dress is VERY dark navy blue. I'm still going to keep the dress because it's pretty, I'm just going to have to find something else to the wedding."
