Low Quality

"I was super excited by the design of this couch, as well as all of the positive reviews. I've had it for all of 3 days, and where I've sat, the leather is already loose/wrinkled and the foam is compressed. I weigh 108lbs, so this really shouldn't be happening. Luckily, I sit on a sheepskin throw, so the looseness isn't too visible but I'll have to get some piece of foam to put under the throw to fill in the crater of the compressed area and stop from sinking!
It's a shame because it's a really cool looking couch."

"Finally our long quest for a 'perfect couch' is over! We've got our Alessia sectional yesterday and it's a great fit for our brownstone apartment. it's a one well-made piece of furniture! Super comfortable, wide enough and spacious to accommodate comfortably at least 4 adults and not to mention the sleek modern leather design. We love it!!!"

"So far this sofa has been everything I was looking for. It's spacious enough for a few adults, yet streamlined enough to fit in my condo. The quality of the leather seems to exceed what you'd expect for the price. As others have mentioned, it's firm - but not too firm. I purchased the protection plan based on a few less than stellar reviews, but so far I haven't had any problems. Overall, I'd expect a product of this quality to be cost much more in other furniture stores. Loving this sofa!"

"We purchased the chocolate sofa sectional. The leather is soft and silky like a fine italian purse. It is very roomy and comfortable. I really want to stress the quality of the leather since a lot of other sofas claim to be leather but in fact are bonded leather or poor quality leather. This sofa is the real deal. We love it. It is gorgeous!"

"We got the chocolate color as we have two kids. The sectional arrived two days ago. It is firm (not super firm, but firm enough) and has the same clean look as the picture shows. It makes an instant difference to my living room--now it is not messy, but neat. We really like it and it was a great decision to purchase this sectional."

"We bought this sectional about a year ago, in the chocolate brown. It is truly lovely. So comfortable, yet modern-looking. It also is compact, which is nice. We have two young children, and the leather cleans up really easily. It's really a fantastic piece -- it dresses up our house but still remains child-friendly!"

"This sectional is beautiful, fits well into a small space, but it's a really great size. I got the pearl color, and it's beautiful. I even have a 1 year old and she has spit blueberries onto a spot with the stitching and it came right out, didn't even stain! It wipes easily too. And most importantly, it very comfy! I'm very happy with my purchase!"

"I bought this sofa set in the pearl color with the ottoman and I really love it. It is a lot larger than what I expected, so it completely fills my living room area (700 square foot apt).
