"I am ordering my second pair of these because I have outworn the first pair which included a trip to the New Orleans Jazz Festival in them where they got soaked. Regarding the comments on them getting scuffed and such, my opinion is that people these days act as though they don't know how to polish a shoe! Give me a beak! Buy some Kiwi black polish and get over it ladies. Shoes are not disposable items and need to be taken care of."

Back Ran Down After 3 Wears!

"Very comfortable, BUT after the first wear your gonna see the leather at the bottom on the back rubbing off. When your walking, your actually walking on the back of the shoe and not the sole. These like the MK flats definitely needs a thicker sole. Very displeased. Waste of money."

Don't Waste Your Money

"These shoes looks great and feels great but that is all don't waste your time the right shoe stretched out so far it began to flop on my foot very emberassing. I brought insoles to put in them and that did't work. Going to check with customer service to see if I can get a replacement b/c this is too much money to throw away. So Unless you have a big foot and a normal one Don't Buy these shoes."

"This is the second time I have bought this particular pair,I thought I would give this pair a second chance but I should have learned from my first pair that nothing has changed. Overall the shoes are comfortable, stylish and fit good. My problem with them is that they scuff really easily. Especially on the top of the shoe. After wearing them only one day, the top was scuffed. Being a month, they dont look as nice as they did when they came in the box. I think it has been about a month now and the bottoms of both my shoes are scuffed and look ugly. In addition, the inside of the soles comes out really easily, especially when you take the shoes off, the soles are not made to stay securly in the shoe. Unfortunately, I will not buy this pair again."

"I am on the site to buy my 3rd pair. not because they are falling apart, but because i love them so much that i dont want to have them discontinued and never be able to get them again! Stocking up!!
They are super soft leather, flexes with your foot as you walk. Does NOT give you blisters on your feet if you by the right size, mine was true to size. 7.5!
There is a little arch support, I would like more but hey, what are you going to do.
I have flats from payless just as spares, but i wear these to nice gatherings, sister in laws wedding and also with my yoga pants! they are very versitile and amazingly comfortable..i cannot stress that enough!"

"These are by far the most comfy flats that I own. I am on my feet a lot at work, and I honestly prefer to wear these over all of my other flats. Unfortunately, they wore out pretty fast because i was wearing them so often.I had the same issue as another reviewer, as the shoes scuffed above the heel. They definitely would have gotten 5 stars from me if they had just held up a little better. Though I must say that they are so comfortable and cute that I would not have even considered returning them."

"This past weekend would be the 3rd time I buy this shoe. I've continued to buy this shoe because it soooo comfortable, long lasting and I wear flats often. I'm a little disappointed with this last purchase because I did notice now the shoe runs big. I bought an 8 1/2 as usual and it's hurting my back heel as my heel slightly slides upward and downward when i walk. I threw my receipt and box away knowing how satisfied I was with the product before. Hope I can exchange without going thru alot of trouble. Bottom line, it's a great shoe just watch out on the shoe size."

"these shoes are adorable...however i am generally a 9 in j simpson's shoes and they were HUGE. I went down to an 8 and due to the toe being "cut off" my big toes were just pushing into them, but my heel wasnt slipping out anymore. i bought the 81/2 and bought heel cushions at the drug store and my foot still slipped out of them. it's sad because they are adorable and even though i have high arches the shoes were well padded and seemed like they'd be comfortable, even the width was perfect for my wide feet. Unfortunately i have to take them back. i would recommend them but i would try them in the store, i wouldn't chance ordering them online"

"I wore these to work the first day I had them and they were a little stiff around the edges at first, but by the end of the day they were fine. The ONLY problem I have with them is one of the shoes is already scuffed on the bottom of the heel. I think the sole may be off-center because I have never had that problem with any other shoes (my ankles don't turn in or roll out). I already tossed out the box so I'm not sure if I can exchange them. This is the 4th time I've worn them and that one shoe already looks like I've had them for six months! I hope they'll let me exchange them for a pair that's more "centered"...these were not cheap! I really don't want to go back to my discount store brand flats!"

"These are nice shoes. I bought them in silver and they look great. My only complaint is that they run large. I think it would be wise to get a 1/2 or 1 size smaller. And I do agree with the others--these shoes do have a wierd smell, but I don't think it's that big of a deal."

"I bought these flats for my trip to Miami so i could have something to walk around in if it was too cold for flip flops. I was not disappointed. They are comfortable and can be worn for hours with no issue. I have a med width foot and am normally a size 8 and they fit nicely. Some may think them a little big- but I hate shoes that are too tight and although the 7 1/2 fit me - it was a snug fit and the 8 gave me more room. If you need a nice pair of comfortable black ballet flats- then these are it. Plus the square toe design and bunch at the top is unique."
