"OK, first let me say I'm glad I ordered these a 1/2 size larger than my usual size. I haven't noticed any heel slippage like a few other reviewers have, but what I did notice is a bit of a odd pitch forward to these when walking. With each step you feel as if your foot rolls forward too quickly at the ball of the foot. The sole (at the toe) points up a little. I can't say they are uncomfortable, even with a heel this high. I will most likely keep them because they make your foot look smaller and your leg longer! The grey color is pefect for so many looks, whether pants or dresses. A good average shoe...3 stars from me."

"I've gotten a lot of compliments on these shoes! They're classic, but hot! I usually wear between an 8.5 and 9, but ordered a 8.5. Glad I did because they fit perfect. However, your feet do slide - especially the heel part and if you wear nylons!"

"Overall this is an average shoe, I can wear the shoe all day with no foot pain. Main issue I have with the shoe is the looseness of the heel. With each step the heel slides up and down. I have tried heel pads, but no luck. Heel is wide and gets looser and wider the more they are worn. I wish I had returned them."
