"I love the easy access getting under the beds and tables. I feel I am doing my child, who loves laying around on the floor; a great justice in keeping him safe from germs. The extra steam jet is great for the basement to get at mold or mildew that may or may not try to grow. Was using lysol spray, lots of it in basement. Living in older home so now I feel like I am living in a newer home.
I am disabled the wieght and easy glide is perfect for people like me. Love it!"

"I was hesitate to buy but with a friend shopping and she brought one and talked me into it and glad i did I figured what do I need a floor steamer when a plain old mop is good but totally glad I did i love it removes dried on dirt and grime and plan on purchasing another for my daughter trying to steal mine."

"This is the best thing I have found yet for cleaning my laminate and tile floors. It keeps the steam nice and hot and does not leave any kind of film behind on my laminate flooring. I had tried another brand first that worked pretty well, but it left a little bit of film and it did not continually create really hot steam. This is very easy to use and has a nice large cleaning surface and holds a good amount of water. My husband loves using it. He loved it so much he insisted we should get the hand held model for cleaning the countertops and walls and doors and anything else he can think of. The only thing to be aware of is that the first time you use it, the pad is a little hard to push across the floor, but it slides easily after that. It is a great machine."
