"We received this off our wedding registry and it works correctly about half of the time. The coffee does not flow into the carafe, instead it flows all over the counter. I even make sure the drip spout is lined up perfectly with the carafe lid. There's nothing like setting the auto-brew and waking up in the morning to grab a fresh cup of coffee but instead you find a huge mess and spend 20 minutes cleaning coffee off the counter and floor, then heading to starbucks because you didn't want to deal. It's obviously going back..."

BIG Disappointment

"The coffeepot on our old thermal coffeemaker that we have used daily for over 10 years was beginning to get buildup so I decided to purchase a new one. I have used Wolfgang Puck products in the past so I was excited to find this coffeemaker on sale and couldn't wait to try it out. The first time we used it worked fine but on the second use and several subsequent attempts, the coffee leaked from the machine all over the countertop. It would not flow to the pot, it just came out everywhere. I was SO disappointed! What a waste of money. We decided to go back to our old pot that has worked everyday for 10 years."
