"Never had a Remington and never had a "3 foils" model. The razer itself is very loud and has strong vibrations. So unless your going to shake your hair off it's not the one to choose. I grew up with a three circular shaver and thought I would try the three parelle kind but found that a mistake. I could be wrong but for me I'm sticking with the three round kind. I didn't find it to cut to well and to reiterate it is very loud."
