Faulty Leather

"We purchased this chair a little over a year ago. We also purchased the WorryNoMore protection plan. The leather is peeling all over leaving a bright red/pink color underneath. Well, the WorryNoMore doesn't cover the peeling or discoloration as that is a manufacturing flaw. We are a few weeks over a year, so the manufacturers warranty won't cover it either. So, we are stuck with a defective chair that looks terrible. Beware of the issue."
