"In the short time I have had this cookware, it has been used several times. I love the fact that you need little to no oil while using the fry pans. The cleanup is a cinch and they seem to be good quality. I also purchased additional pieces that weren't included in the set. One plus is the bonus stock pot and lid. You can't have too many of those and it's the perfect size!"

"I purchased this set in January 2011. Now two years later the nonstick has come off from normal usage. I had hoped they would last longer than two years but alas, I was comforted by the fact that they were at least guaranteed. When I finally called Cuisinart to get a replacement, they told me that they would only cover "manufacturer's defects." Meaning, if you use it, you lose it. To make matters worst, they charge you $15 per item for shipping. So if I were to send in the entire set for them to inspect if they were "manufacturer's defect, it would cost me the same as to buy a new set.

This is the biggest scam ever. I will never buy Cuisinart again!"

Sticky pans!

"The pans I purchased because they were "green" and also for the non-stick surface. But cooking with them I find the surface to be very sticky and the non-stick surface isn't working!

I purchased the product on line and was told by the Macys Dept Store to call Cuisenart since they had a lifetime warranty. Initially I paid over 16 dollars to ship 2 pans to get replaced in January, and only one was replaced. The other one has been on "Backorder" since January.

Dealing with Cuisenart has been very frustrating and I still have not gotten the pan that they say is on backorder. One of the customer service reps told me that it can take up to One Year to get my replacement!!!

I have one other pan that is having problems, but with the difficulty of dealing with Cuisenart, I am very hesitant to send that one before I get the other pan that is on Back-order.!!

I do not recommend these pans! Lifetime Warranty but you have to wait up to a year to get a replacement????"

"This is my second set of Cuisinart cookware -the first time purchasing the Green Gourmet category. I am the only one cooking with/cleaning these pans at my home. After approximately 3 months use, the cooking surface of the 8" pan began cracking. It's now very rough, and I am no longer comfortable using it. I have tried contacting Cuisinart, and am still waiting to hear back from them. I'll give them till the end of the week, then I'll contact Macy's."

"I bought this cookware set about 1 month ago. So far, so good. My food cooks in half the time it took with my old pot and pans. I don't need to use any cooking spray or oil when cooking my food. I noticed that when I do, my food tends to to burn. I am following the directions not to stack the pots/pan and I haven't had any problems with flaking/chipping. The sizes are great and are so easy to clean up thanks to the nonstick surface. The only down fall is that the lids are solid metal and not see through, but the pros outweigh that one con. I am actually enjoying cooking now! I can't wait to purchase the green gourmet wok!"

"I did a lot of research before buying this set but I am VERY happy with my purchase. I trust the Cuisinart name and figured if I wasn't happy, they would get returned. I am the biggest skeptic there is but, they really do 'wipe' clean, nothing sticks. Also, I've noticed these pans heat rapidly and cook quicker than my old pans - my husband thinks that's my imagination but they really do! I also purchased the 12" skillet. Nice size, great pan."

"I bought this cookware set and they are not durable. The coating flakes off. I sent them back to Cusinart under the "lifetime guarantee and they said it was not a mfg defect. I have since read that it has happened to others. They also make you pay for the shipping. Terrible customer service!"

"I love this cookware!! I drove 24 miles just to get it since every Macy's in my area was sold out. It was worth the drive. I did a lot of research before purchasing. I definitely wanted green cookware. After comparing with Martha Stewart and a couple of others I found that those others received great reviews for cooking however the paint on the outside of those cookware sets chipped and scratched easily. With cuisinart you don't have to worry about that. I made chicken fajitas and added a dime size amount of cooking oil which I really didn't need to do because this cookware performed as stated "non stick" and cooked everything evenly and quickly. They are well made and beautiful. I definitely recommend this product. Clean up is a breeze since nothing sticks. Warm water with dish soap and a soft sponge does the job. :)"

"I received this product as a bridal shower gift. It is the best cookware I've ever used. The main reason we decided to add this to our registry is because it does not contain teflon. These pans are PTFE and PFOA-free! It's easy to clean and nothing sticks. You will not be disappointed!"

"We got these pots because we wanted something non-stick but we had heard unsettling things about the toxicity of Teflon. We are very pleased! Nothing sticks to them and they are so easy clean! They seem less prone to scratching than Teflon, but I haven't used metal on them to test my theory."

"We ordered these pans and they came very quickly. The pans are very sturdy and using them to cook in is very good. The surface is so smooth and nothing sticks and I can cook at a lower temperature and the pan is very hot. Cleanup is easy also. I wash them and they are almost dry after rinsing them."

"I have been striving to live in an eco-friendly way and was relieved to find these (Green) pans when I wanted to replace the old scraped up T-Fal non-stick pans I have been using for the past 15 years. The quality of the pans is excellent and this shows both in their appearance as well as in how they heat/cook food and how easy they are to clean. I followed the directions initially to season the pans and I will do this, as recommended, annually. Proper care of these pans requires no metal utensils scraping and digging into them and I do not stack them when storing."
