"If you are looking for a stand mixer, this is a must have. It is absolutely beautiful - the metallic red paint is their most attractive color to date and the special glass bowl makes it easy to pour batter from the spout into a baking pan, etc. (the only model with this bowl). The 90th Anniversary Edition has everything that makes Kitchen Aid stand mixers "Best in Class" and then some."

"The glass bowl is the bomb! I love glass bowls for mixers. However, it is too small. This bowl should be AT Least 7 quarts. Consumers complain often that the bowls are too small. Make a Kitchenaid mixer with a 7 or 8 quart glass bowl and advertise it and watch it "SALE" right off the shelves. Try it..."

"I have been looking at KitchenAid mixers in various stores for several years and was delighted to finally find one with a glass bowl. The color red was a bonus. However, I am less than thrilled with it for two major reasons. It is VERY heavy. I am 61 years old and don't expect to have to buy another mixer (the one I am replacing has lasted 27 years). Also, in order to scrape the sides of the bowl, I had to: 1) turn off the mixer, 2) undo the lever that locked the beater part down and 3) lift the beaters out of the bowl. In my current mixer (which isn't dead, yet), I can scrape the sides of the bowl while the mixer is running."

"This product is amazing! The pouring spout is wonderful and I love the glass bowl. It has a tilt head which I like and the motor is powerful and will last me a long time. I recommend this product because the measurement lines on the bowl are also very helpful. My favorite mixer yet!"
