"I just received my boots in the mail today and i I agree with one of the reviewers, that I'm glad I didn't listen to the whole thing about the boot running too large because it fits perfectly! I wear a 5.5 and did not order a size smaller. Best of all, I was pleasantly surprised that the calf actually fit because I am really petite! It has a little extra room for leggings and tucking in your jeans! Overall, I'm glad I made this purchase and even happier that I got it on SALE! Can't wait to rock these boots!"

"I purchased these boots in a store. They are the most comfortable boots I have. Supple leather with great style! I'm very glad I didn't read these reviews- too small, too big to wide, just right, calf size to big, calf size to small..Nonsence. If the calf is large, it may be that is large enough to wear jeans tucked in them. A very chic trend.

"Not sure about these other reviews saying they run big because I couldnt even zip them all the way up and my calves are of average size. I am going to have to return these. I ordered them b/c I wanted boots that could go over leggings and jeans - these definitely were not the boots!"

"These boots look very nice and the leather is soft, but they run extremely large. They were also very wide in the ankle and calf, so even if you order half a size smaller, unless you are wide in the ankle and calf areas, these won't do. If you want them to wear specifically with jeans tucked in, they might work. I have to return them, unfortunately."

"OMG! I got these boots a few weeks ago and they are so awesome! I got them in the black leather and they are so comfortable. I wore them with a nice black skirt and shirt to work but I've also worn them with my jeans on the weekend. You will not regret buying these boots. They are classic yet chic. The toe is a rounded point if that makes sense which elongates the leg for us short ladies. The calves are nice and roomy and they feel so comfortable walking around in them. Trust me, you won't regret buying these boots!"

"I've been looking for a pair of boots that would go well with tights and dresses!! This pair went just great. I wear a size7. "I just received these boots last night & wore them today. I ordered my regular shoe size & wore them with a regular weight sock. They fit perfectly! I wore them with my jeans tucked in the boot & there were no gaps. We did some walking & they were very comfortable. I was fortunate enough to get these on sale. Wish now I would have ordered another pair!"

"I just got these and they look great. They are not as shiny as they look in the picture but still look good. The buckle does make a little bit of noise since the calf area is a bit loose but it doesn't bother me but it might bother your friends. My friend who has big calves tried them on and they actually closed. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase."

"These classic riding boots have a little bit of an edge with a buckle and a few studs around the top - not too trendy, but very current. Also, very trim looking - not too clunky. And soooo comfortable! No pinching or rubbing even on the first wearing. Unless you're planning on wearing heavy socks, order a half size smaller."

"Just bought this for my 19 year old daughter whi is a very picky "designer shopper". She loves them! As per my daughter, this is a tall riding boot, perfect for her 6ft long stature and long legs. She always had a hard time. Very soft leather top and bottom, with a side zipper ideal for tucking in skinny jeans. She wears a size 10, but bought a 9 1/2 in this boot, a first, as the size 10 was a tiny bit big. I hope she left room for heavy socks, but when this was reccomended she looked at me as I was crazy..... the size 10's looked just as good and seemed to have more room around the ankles. The leather is very soft and will give eventually.
My wife whi is 5'5" tried the same boot on and they were tight around the calve area...?? It seems on tall girls this boot fits a lot better. Hope this helps!"

"I paid full price for these boots and would do it again. The sale price is a steal. I get compliments EVERY time I wear them. They are very comfortable to be in all day. I see other reviews say they don't have arch support, but I haven't had any problems. I'm a dancer and need good support. These are VERY comfortable. May run a little (very little) wide, but I find they are true to size and they fit my 8.5 foot perfectly."
