"I was skeptical that this mop would work. If it seems too good to be true it usually is. The Shark Steam Mop Model 3501 is easy to assemble and easy to use. Just pump handle for steam. There is a long cord but it does need to be re-plugged in for large rooms. Cleaned my white ceramic tile kitchen floor and bathroom floors very well. Dries quickly with no streaks. Next I moved to my hardwood oak living room and dining room floors...steam cleaner makes them shine! Liked that the mop swivels and flips. I purchased extra pads so that I would have them on hand. I would definitely recommend this mop."

"The steam mop works awesome. It was very easy to assemble, and very easy to use. Worked great on the hard wood and tile. Had it for about 6 months when the handle snapped while in use. Exchanged it easily for a different model (this one was out of stock). It works great, but be careful of breakage."

"This Shark Steam Mop is terrific! If you put your hand up to it while it's producing steam it doesn't seem like it's all that hot, but when you use it and see how well it works there's no doubt it is well worth buying. I live in Hawaii, and the dirt, being a product of volcanoes, has a dark red tinge to it, so when our dogs come in from playing in the backyard, especially after some wet weather, the dirt would stain our light tile floors, which no amount of mopping would wash off... After months of trying to scrub off the red dirt I finally bought this mop and it took off the red dirt from the very first use!"

"I cannot reccomend it high enough for easier floor cleaning. I have been struggling to clean my house, hated HATED doing my floors. This thing I whip out all the time! Soo easy!
GET IT! and I got an extended warrenty based on other reviewers complaints. I wouldn't mind buying a new one every 2 yrs its sooooo worth it!"

"This is my first steam mop and I must say I am pleasantly surprised by its efficiency. It is so much better than a sponge mop and certainly easier than being on ones hands and knees. I have only tried it on tile floors with the results being very clean and no streaks. The double sided pocket is a big plus. This definitely will be something I use all the time."

"It cleans very good, but after you get done cleaning you have to go around the baseboards and corners with a damp cloth to pick up the loosened dirt. But I would still rather clean with this than a mop. It does a really good job. I would buy it again. I love the two sided cleaning pad the best. It saves time by not having to change the pad when you clean your next room ,just flip it over and you have a clean pad!"

"i love this mop . i have the hardest tile floor to clean and when we moved in the previous own had stains on the floor that she said wouldn't come out that she had tried everything and this mop took those stains out . i told her and she now has one too. it works wonders on 2even 4and 5 day old messes on the floor cleans them in seconds no hard scrubbing. great time saver dries in 5 min or less! no9 more waiting for the floor to dry mopping the floor is no longer a half day project. and my floors have never flet so clean and you dont need any chemicals i love that i have a 9 month old who crawls all over the house and i don't want her around chemicals so this product is amazing i love it! every one should own one !"

"I purchased this mop because I was tired of all the money I was spending on that other mop with the cloth pads. Rhis is simple and easy to use. Fill the reservoir with tap water, give it a few pumps and you're on. It really does clean your floor. I have used it in the bathroom and the kitchen. In my house the pads get dirty quickly, so I want to buy a few more pads. It comes with two for the kitchen and two angled ones. If you jsut have to have something with a scent, get a spray bottle and spray it on the floor and mop it up. Personally, I love the steam bu itself."

"I have two large dogs and they bring in a lot of dirt on those little paws and I live on the water with grandchildren bring in all kinds of dirt and sand. I am a neat freak, I love clean floors and my kitchen floor is all white tile. I bought the smaller steamer 3 years ago and it finally died after using it just about every other day. I went out and bought this larger one and love it, it holds more water and being able to use both sides of the mop is great for all my flooring. You will not be let down, so easy to use and easy to clean.

We also own a Kitchen Cabinet company and I recommend it to all of our clients. They always comback and thank me over and over for the recommendation..."

"This steamcleaner is a true joy to have in your arsenal! It is very simple to understand the directions & then to use. Plenty of cord is given, so you can effortlessly glide from room to room. Whether you need to skim along baseboards, or get into a tight space in the bathroom, it's all possible. The two interchangeable pivoting mop heads are what takes this product up another level, while the good, but, tough fabric attachable/dettachable & (washable) mop head, keeps it there."

"I am a person who is not crazy about a bunch of gadgets to do things that can be done "the old fashioned way" so I was VERY skeptical about a steam mop...hot water and hands and knees work for me....NOT ANY MORE!!!!! My neighbor insisted I borrow her Euro-Pro Shark steam mop to do my floors. I had already done the bathroom just an hour earlier with hot water and bleach on my hands and knees and thought...why not put it to the test? So I redid the same floor with her steamer....WOW! I am sold....easy, lightweight, and got the floor MUCH cleaner. I hate to say it but it almost made it fun....I also used it to do the tub and shower stall, then my kitchen floor. There is NO drying time and my floor actually seemed to stay cleaner longer if that is possible! I am shopping for my own today and can't wait to do my floors!"
