"I was excited about this collection, however, during the first week two containers broke at the hinges and the small plastic parts actually came off. I have returned the collection and Macy's was great about taking them back and understanding of the problem. Thank you, Macys."

"We have purchased three sets of these wonderful containers and found them to be so much better than the light gauge offerings from "Ziploc" and "Glad" found at grocery stores.
In fact, after recycling close to thirty of those cracked and discolored old containers and giving our shelving a good house cleaning, we have had great kitchen fun finding uses for the "Martha Stewart" collection.
We plan to purchase yet another set this week. Hey, they are not just for kitchen use!"

"I asked for these storage containers on my wedding registry and I'm so glad I did! I absolutely love them! I like the variety of sizes and the way they seal. I have washed them in the dishwasher and they come out just fine. I have heated items up in the microwave without problems. I need to get more because the one set just isn't enough."

Pretty But Not Durable,November 10, 2009

"The color and rectangular shape are what caught my eye about these containers. While they have a nice contemporary look, the quality is not that great. The plastic is not very durable so I do trust putting them in the dishwasher. Instead I was them by hand, which can be a hassle. I also do not trust putting them in the microwave because the plasic is so thin. So I only use them to store food in the fridge. Also, food can easily get stuck between the blue strips and the plastic of the container. However, the last time I was handwashing the blue strip popped out of one of the containers and I was able to clean through the crevices. I just hope that popping out the strips does not eventually wear and make the strips unusable in the future."

"The only reason that I bought the 16-piece food storage was for the blue turquoise color. I thought that they would be really good and strong storage containers. They are not! the first week in the dishwasher it cracked the plastic! :( it is nice if you just want it for show. If you want quality and sturdy then this product is not for you!"

"I bought a set of these storage containers a few months ago and then bought extra of the larger ones. I LOVE them. I have never had problems with leakage, or them not sealing properly. I love the fact that I can see through them and use them for everything from cut up fruit/veggies to storing left overs from dinner. I have also used them in them in the microwave to reheat left overs with great success. My husband also takes food to work and with his bouncing around his lunch box, he has never had a spill.
I would highly recommend these food storage containers.

"I bought these a couple of months ago and use them religiously! I transport soup and store my pasta sauce in them all the time. I have never had any problems leaking or spilling. No freezer burn whatsoever!
They wash well. I place them on the top part of the dishwasher. Unlike other plastics, they don't warp or change shapes.
I plan on purchasing another set. LOVE THEM!!"

Not worth the money,May 31, 2009

"I use these containers every day to take food to work. These containers, despite the latches and overly thick rubber gaskets, leak worse that most standard plastic containers. The latches do not stay closed and food with any liquid component is certain to leak if it tips at at all even while latched. Also it claims to be microwave safe, but heating a soup or sauce may cause permanent staining and etching of plastic. They claim to be dishwasher safe, but food will get stuck between plastic lid and gasket while in the dishwasher, which is nearly impossible to clean. Overall I feel as if I wasted my money and will take them back when I find the receipt again. Honestly, I would give it 0/5 stars if that were an option."
