"We purchased the Calphalon as we expected it to last longer than our last set of pots and pans. We've had our set for ~ 2 years and some of the non-stick is already flaking off so we've discontinued using those pans/pots. I think my father was visiting and used a metal spoon to stir something and that started the flaking. We do love the lids which go through the dishwasher perfectly."

"I finally broke down and bought new cookware set. After doing a little research I found these. I love the set. All of the pots and pans heat up quickly and evenly. Christmas dinner came out wonderfully. The only problem is the handles on the pots. The heat resistant strips should be on the entire handle. However I plan to order more Calphalon products very soon."

"I received this set as a gift and was very excited as I have wanted to replace my current cookware with Calphalon for a ling time now. Everyone of the lids was bent and damaged! The metal on the rim seems very bendable, not what I would expect form this brand at all. I am not sure what I can do since it was a gift and I have no receipt, but I am going to try to return it to the store. I am so sad because I was so looking forward to using these."

"Wow, I wasn't expecting this from Calphalon. I bought the 10 piece set and was excited because it came with the bonus everyday pan. When I open the everyday pan, one of the handles was not finished properly. The metal was not honed properly and had a jagged appearance. I figured it was a gift with purchase so I didn't think twice about it. Not until I opened the set. The first lid I check looks like it was dropped on the ground. The edge that sits inside the pot wasn't even round, it was oval and ragged. So sad. I was really excited. The craftsmanship was poor. I recently saw the same problems in a Tools of the Trade Set. That went back to the store, too!"

"I went to Macy's to look for the store brand cookware set, the Belique. After speaking with a sales rep who was very informed on the products I ended up buying Calphalon. Not only was it on sale and came with a bonus coved skillet, the sales rep also informed me about an additional 25% off for that particular night. I cooked with it the next day and it was flawless. BEST non-stick I have used. My omlettes slide right off the pan, w/o oil. Meat cooked evenly. Just clean it first, don't stack them, and try to use wood, nylon, or plastic utensils, so it doesn't get scratched. These should last a very long time."

"This product is fabulous i love it! It gets hot very quickly food cooks faster and even when i make sauces or syrups that i would normally have to soak to get my pots cleaned using other brands i do not have to do that with the calphalon. The only down fall i have to say is that it is not dishwasher safe because i hate washing dishes but i have to say they are the easiest pots to wash it really takes no effort at all to wipe these pots clean. The food just slides right off of them with no scrubbing. I really like the look of these pots and pans you can tell they are made of good quality."
