"This is a newer version of Cuisinart's 11-cup food processor. At first some of the attachments and the closing mechanisms are a little hard to figure out. Of course, I never read the directions. But after that it seems like great engineering and solid manufacturing. There are a lot of cheaper versions of food processors available, but the Cuisinart appears to be the Cadillac and it looks like it will last us a lifetime. There's a great attachment to grind potatoes to make Cepelinai!"

"I really love my food processor. I used to have kitchen aid and another brand of food processor earlier but they haven't worked pretty well and battery went down in a year. Later i bought this cuisinart one as one of my friend suggested me this saying its the best product ever. I had purchased this 2 years back but it still works pretty good . Especially very easy to use. As i am a working women had to leave for office early in the morning,I had to cook food early for my kids ,This food processor chops ,grinds makes dough in less than a minute. So Its very useful and helpful for me. I use this everyday in my life. Its the best gift i ever got from my husband."

"this is one food processor that has helped me throw big parties without breaking out into a sweat because of its large size i can get things chopped sliced in mins which reduces prep time and lets me whip up desserts in no time .the dough option also helps me make appetizers like samosas or savory pie crusts etc ...only thing i would have changed is probably the slicing blade that comes with it which is quite thick but i guess this can be solved by buying one thats thinner on the whole a very efficent machine which i'm probaably going to use for years"

"I bought this without knowing if I would really use it very much, This has now turned into one of the appliances I use most. I have used it for everything from salsa to pesto to making bread crumbs to pastry dough. I use it most for shredding cheese. I will never grate cheese by hand again! Every kitchen needs a food processsor and Cuisinart invented it, and they really out did them selves with this one!"

"I got this as a gift in the Spring, and it quickly became one of my most-used kitchen appliances. I recently moved across the country temporarily, and while I adore my stand mixer, this is the one key item I considered worth the money to ship out.

It chops veggies, shreds cheese and carrots, can mix dough, and whip cream in a pinch. I am an avid cook and baker, and the Cuisinart Food Processor is easy to use and easy to clean.

The one thing to be careful of is liquid spill - if you fill it too full, it will get under the blade and leak out. Getting the 11-cup size (if you can swing it) is well-worth the extra investment."

"I recently received the Cuisinart PowerPrep Plus 11-Cup Food Processor as a move-in gift and within weeks, I have forgotten how to cook without it. The Cuisinart is a fast easy way to cut all my vegatables, meat and I have even used it to make dough. I also found that the Cuisinart ensures that all my messes stay in its bowl and makes me spend less time cleaning my counter space and floor. "I have to say that this is a great machine, I got it for christmas and I'm using it every week. There's always the excuse to put it to work on anything.
Great for salsas because you can control the thickness , if you like it chunky or more runny. No more tears while cutting onions!! Makes smooth and soft dough. I even use it to make my own bread crums.
Very easy to clean , come with a lot of accesories and by the way very stylish!!!!
This proccesor is the best. love it, love it."

"My parents bought this for me for my birthday. It sat in the box for 7 months unopened! Well my Mom kept asking me & asking me if I used it. Finally I opened it and can't believe how much fun it is to use. My husband & I argue over who's going to dice/slice!
