"This dress is sexy without being revealing. I'm 5'7'' with an hourglass figure. Normally dresses that taper in make me look too wide in the hips but not this one. This dress works even if you are busty. I'm very happy with the purchase and looking foward to wearing it to an upcoming wedding."

"I recently purchased this dress online and am soo glad that I did so. The material along with the fit are so wonderful I am a very busty size 12 but this dress not only hid my flaws it made me feel incredible. I received many compliments while wearing the dress and cant wait to wear it again. The dress has a bit of roche in the midsection which made me look very curvy!! Overall I loved it and so did about 100 other guests."

"I'm usually not a big fan of dresses. I saw this dress online and something about it was very appealing to me so I decided to buy it (in black), not for any specific occasion but just to have "in case" and I'm so glad I did. It's been very useful. I've worn it twice now; once to a wedding reception with gold heels and accessories and just recently to my 30th birthday dinner up in Tahoe with red heels and no accessories. Both times, I received many compliments. The dress is simple but not plain. The material is strechy and very comfortable. I really like that I can wear a regular strap bra with it and not have to deal with the constant pulling up with a strapless bra. The ruching around the midsection is perfect for hiding any not-so-perfect tummy (like mine due to baby #2). It is great for a curvy body, form fiiting and hugs you in all the right places. I'm 5'3 so this dress hits right under my knee cap, which is exactly where I like it because I'm not too fond of my knees. The only complaint I have is the first time I wore it, the back of the straps happened to have ripped, almost completely off, just hanging by some strings. I didn't notice until my cousin told me. It was quite embarrassing, as many can imagine...anymore pulling and it would've became a halter. Not sure if this is a common problem with the dress or maybe just the particular one I received (via online order) was a defective one??? Who knows...I didn't inspect it good enough when I received it (my bad) but it was good that I altered the straps anyway because it stays put much better now and also is not as low in the front for me. I love this dress. It makes me feel sexy but not sleazy, and most importantly...confident! If you see it at the store, you should really try it on to see exactly what I'm talking about. It's very flattering...you won't be disappointed."

"What a great dress! I saw several versions of this dress in other department stores for a lot more money. I decided to try Macys. I was hesitant because I am busty (36DD) and always have trouble with an empire top. Not so with this dress. It fit beautifully and like the previous reviewer, TRUE TO SIZE!! I bought a size 12 and wear a size 12. (The other dress I tried on in other stores were one size too small.) The ruching hides ANY imperfections. In short, I looked thinner and so sexy! The other great thing is that the back of the dress is "bra friendly" in that it is NOT too low that you have to wear a strapless. The other dresses I tried on had deep V-back dresses that required low back bras. The only thing I opted to do was have it professionally hemmed to shorten it as I am 5'3" and the dress was not available in a petite size. I took off 3 inches and it fit right at the top of the knee. Comfortable and a great buy. I did get it on sale, too for $100.00 and tailoring the hem (it is lined also) cost me about $25.00. It was well worth it. I paired it with sexy heels and looked great. Thanks to the other reviewers -if it wasn't for your review, I might now have even thought I would be able to wear this dress!!"

"I have a wedding to attend that my husband is in and want my dress to look great! I was hesitant to shop online but heard only good comments about suzi chin dresses and their fit. This dress is absolutely PERFECT. True to fit and hides all those little imperfections...looks great on!!! I can hardly wait to wear it and that is a BIG comment from me since I am curvy and have had a hard time finding a fit that is both elegant and sexy....this one is it!"

"I bought this dress in black to wear to my husband's 20 year high school reunion. I am so glad I did! It fits great, hugs all of the right places, deemphasizes other flaws! I am a fairly curvy 5'7'' and thought the dress fell at an odd length, so I hemmed it two inches, to fall just below the knee. I also have a short torso, so had the straps taken up a bit. Other than that, I found that it fit pretty true to size. It is a very flattering dress. Flattering and sexy, but not overly so. I can see this becoming my go-to dress!"

"Bought this in black & prior reviews are spots on - fits like a dream, is super comfortable & is VERY flattering. I'm well-endowed on top, very curvy, and normally can't even consider an empire top, but this fits perfectly and looks fabulous on. The dress & lining are stretchy and move with you, so you never feel confined. Things to note: 1) it runs a bit large, so may want to order a size down, 2) although the straps have hidden bra-keepers (the snaps are scratchy against the skin), you'll probably have to use a strapless bra b/c the straps are set so wide in the back, 3) unless you're tall, it will fall just below the knee, and 4) although forgiving, it's still form-fitting, so keep that in mind. Overall, this is an AMAZING dress that brings out all the best in a woman - highly recommend it, and wish I'd found it sooner!"
