"This is a beautiful pendant, how ever I bought this online, and when I received it, the chain was tangled. I untangled it myself, not knowing the clasp fell off or maybe it didn't come with one?! Well anyway, now I have to go Macy's n buy the protection plan because the chain broke. The chain is really thin."

"My boyfriend bought this necklace for me for our first Christmas together. I don't usually like heart shaped jewelry but this necklace is so well-crafted, I ended up wearing it every day. The chain seems delicate, but holds up very well.

I took the necklace off once and sadly lost it, but was so in love with it I ended up buying myself another! Definitely a great purchase :)"
