"This piece is remarkable to look at; it has all the cool, modern, Zen-like lines one may desire and also a unique Calvin furniture color. Sadly, once in use flaws are readily seen. The single seat of the sofa becomes wavy or bumpy, effecting a rather worn or old look. The material is also easily bunched further highlighting the worn look. This manufacture defect was obvious within one week of use. I called this to the attention of Macy’s customer service and was given a new sofa but again the same drawbacks were experienced. I have to return it! I am not a furniture designer however I think this defect may have been overridden if they were three cushions in place of the single sofa sitting area. This bumpy look is not seen in the single seat chair, which I must return with a heavy heart. I must stress that Macy’s customer service was most receptive, most helpful. One could not expect better customer service. Thank you Macy’s"

""My CK City Sofa and chair was delivered this week. I was looking for a simple comfortable, zen like sofa and chair. I saw this sofa and chair online at Macy's and it was love at first site. I went to my local Macy's and to my disappointment, no stores in AZ carry the CK line. I am a flight attendant and had a layover in San Francisco where they carried it and was able to sit on it and see it up close. The sofa and chair are very comfortable, not too soft or hard. I absolutely love the size, simplicity, and natural linen color of both the sofa and chair. Leo was my sales associate in SF and he was awesome! Kept me posted on delivery dates, etc. I highly recommend this set! Bought it during their Memorial Day sale for a great price, which makes it even nicer!"
