"I BOUGHT THIS PIECE OF EXERCISE EQUIPMENT AND I AM LOVING IT. IT IS EASY TO USE AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO PUT TO MUCH EFFORT INTO USING IT, BUT IT ACTUALLY WORKS.

I KNOW IT WORKS CAUSE MY ABS FEEL REALLY SORE, AFTER A WORK OUT.

CAN USE IT RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR TV SET, SO FOR THOSE OF US WHO LIKE COMPANY WHILE EXERCISING, THE FAMILY COULD BE ON THE COUCH WHILE WE DO OUR THING, AND THE ENCOURAGEMENT IS RIGHT THERE. AND YOU DON'T NEED MUCH SPACE TO USE IT.

I RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE WANTING GREAT ABS."

"i have been debating whether to get this machine or the ab lounge but decided to go with this one because a few of my friends have the Ab Rocket and they are very happy with it.
the dance program is great and the results are fabulous.
it's also easy to store. i recommend this for all my women friends.
