"I love these boots! They are super comfortable because of the heel structure and height. They do run wide and a bit large, but at least you can wear thick socks to keep warm in colder weather. My calves are probably average size, and the boot gaps (not a snug fit). If you waver between two sizes, order the smaller size. The scallop detail is subtle and a great addition."

"I purchased both black & brown on-line. I just received them and I'm beyond thrilled! Shipping was quicker than I expected. I've never purchased shoes online so I was a little apprehensive because my size varies from brand-to-brand and by size and width. The medium width is just a little wider and that works great for me. The toe is very slightly rounded and the heel is a really nice height. The scallop-looking decoration at the toe and higher on the shaft are a pretty touch and not distracting. I'm so happy with this purchase and can't wait to decide which pair I get to wear tomorrow!"
