"I received this blanket as a gift. It is wonderful. It does not feel like a heating pad, just a nice comfortable warmth in bed. The only problem is that the controls are too far from the blanket itself which actually has more to do with the plug than anything. It is a wonderful addition to a cold winter!"

"I received this as a Christmas present last year (2008)purchased from Macy's. I loved it except that it has a 3 prong plug. I needed to use an adapter..... It stopped workng almost one year to the day.......(2009) Get a Sunbeam or a Royal Velvet tried and true."

"I purchase this blanket about a week ago, and I just love it, I like the quality and how the blanket feels its very thick feeks very soft, I stay warm with the setting on 4, wish I had found it years ago. Buy it you want have to get in a cold bed again."

"I have had this blanket for at least 5 years. I wash it 3 to 4 times per year on gentle, do not leave it wet, get it gently dry on low heat ASAP. Will not require much time in the dryer. Place it between your sheet and a top covering like Matelasse. That will keep it clean longer and helps to control the warmth. I have given it as gifts with great reviews. This is a truely wonderful addition to my bedding collection. I sleep like a comfy baby. If it ever stops working, I will stop what I am doing and go replace it. Do yourself a huge favor and get one."

"I bought this blanket in December and found we can turn the heat down a lot and be very comfy while we sleep. I am sure the savings on heating bill paid for the blanket in the first 3 months.
I like the dual controls. They are very easy to use and makes no noise to disturb your sleep.
The king size fits our California King with about 7 inches hanging on each side. Plenty of sheet there to keep from tugging from the other.
I also found that I was sleeping later than usual. Something about that gentle warmth to keep you in dreamland a bit longer.
I am not sure if I am going to wash it since I have read some had problems with that. Maybe using a home dry clean you use in the dryer will be ok.
I am one happy camper with this blanket and I don't think you can go wrong with buying it.
I am probably going to get one for my Mom for her BDay in Sept. I am sure she will fall in love with it as I have."

"I purchased this blanket for a christmas gift for my Father. he has leg cramps and I thought the heat might help. Well it has, he had been using a small heating pad. The larger area of the blanket keeps him warm and has helped with the cramping problems. He is able to sleep more comfortably now. I would recommend this blanket to others."

"I purchased this blanket. It is a beautiful blanket, but it did not work. The fabric is great, soft and fits the bed well. The electric part did not function properly. It was spotty with heat. Only certain parts were heated and then it basically got cold."

"This blanket we received as an Christmas Gift last year. It says it is washable. Well, I washed it on Gentle cycle in a front loader washer and air dry it. So, it would be clean for this year. When we put it back on the bed this year, it not work. For the amount of money you spend for this blanket, it is not worth it.
The blanket worked wonderful when we first received it. If you purchase it DO NOT WASH IT, EVEN though it says washable. I do not know how to get it clean, since you can not wash it."

Excellent Warming Blanket, Will Help You Sleep

"I've owned a few blankets through the years, always made by the leading manufacturer of heating/warming blankets. I've always been disappointed in the long run. They tend to stop working shortly after buying them, and when they do work, they're either too hot or too cold. They also have controllers that make noises that wake me up. This blanket, a different brand, is a total change from that. It gives out an even, comforting warmth. It doesn't get too hot once you set the level where you want it. It has a controller that is silent and will not wake you. This blanket made me so comfortable that I slept through my alarm clock the first night I used it and was late for work (have to set my clock radio louder now). I slept in until 10:30 on a Saturday, which I rarely do. So it must be doing the job of keeping me comfortably warm. There are no "cold spots" like my previous blankets, either, it's warm from top to bottom. The blanket itself is a nice, soft microfleece. I'm very glad I bought this blanket from Macy's."

"We bought a twin size and queen size @ the store and got an excellent sale price, but also toasty sheets when we went to bed that night. The dual controls on the queen is very nice as my husband is colder natured than I so we can adjust accordingly. Though we just got them this week, so far a winner and as mentioned on their package will help keep the thermostat down!"
