"We are taking the Keurig coffee make back for the 2nd time this weekend. The first Keurig was not purchased at Macy's but the 2nd one was. the first Keurig shut off after one cup - and sometimes would only make 1/2 cup of coffee. The only way it would come back on was by removing the water reservoir. Now the 2nd Keurig coffee maker is starting to shut off after the first cup of coffee in the morning. Sometimes it shuts off - sometimes it doesn't. We do not have the maker on auto shut off or auto on. We're going to try one more time because we love the convenience - the taste of the coffee is excellent. Keurig just needs to perfect the shut off/on feature."

"The whole family is having fun trying different varieties of coffee, cocoa and tea! Everyone now has a beverage when they want one, instead of when enough of us are thirsty enough to justify a full pot. Also, we are experimenting with the strength of our beverage by changing the number of ounces per K-Cup, making for a more personalized drink. Overall, we are very happy with this, and because we never throw away a partial pot, it is not as expensive as we thought it would be."

"We bought one of these, and it works amazing. It's perfect for days when you don't have much time before running out the door because all you have to do is stick a k-cup in and hit brew. The water is kept hot so you don't have to waste time waiting for it to heat up. I would definitely recommend it."

"I did some reseach and decided on the platinum model. It is quiet, efficient and so easy to use. I brought it for my coffee loving man for his birthday - he loves it - he now spends time researching and tasting the variety of coffee brands available. It leaves the cabinet so much cleaner than drippy coffee carafes. Would suggest the purchase of the K-cup for using up the left over ground and bean coffee - it works great for coffee and loose teas. And the hot choclate ia also very rich! I bought it on a holiday special but is worth even the full price!"

"Purchased at Christmas, We love this coffee maker. Between coffee, hot cocoa and tea we can't get enough.I was surprised people said coffee was just warm our keurig platium has different setting for how hot you want your coffee and with the hottest setting and with milk in you coffee its too hot. The platium has this setting and also the travel mug size if we used the newmans bold or any of the stronger flavors the coffee is great plus you can buy the filter to use your own coffee and that makes it as strong as you want. Best coffee maker ever. Love it."

"We purchased our Keurig B70 just before the holidays. With 5 extra people in the house for the holidays, and many different tastes of coffee, tea, and hot cocoa, this machine saved the day ... or the week that everyone was home! The coffees that come with it are fantastic, and it's wonderful to have that individual Kcup so you can brew your own coffee in the size of the cup desired. We recommend it to everyone. We love it and it made our holidays much easier! Now with just the two of us in the house alone again, it's so nice to be able to just brew our individual cups desired, rather than a whole pot that we drink a little of and then it gets thrown out. "I love this coffee maker! My favorite part is not having to clean up! No messy coffee filters or wasted pot of coffee! It has 5 different cup size settings which is very helpful. I like stronger coffee, so I put it on a small cup setting and I use 2 pods for my cup of coffee. My husband loves hot tea, so he uses it for the hot water and the larger cup size. I even use it for cooking, when I need some hot water for a cooking recipe.The unit is quiet, and the hot water heats up quick. You can also program it to be ready with hot water for when you wake up in the morning, although, this unit heats up so quick you do not really need to program it. I also bought the my k-cup , so I can use up my coffee that I have , and if I feel like a "special" flavor that Keurig does not offer, then I do not have to go without. I strongly suggest this coffee maker!"

"Just bought this 12-28-09, thought it would be great for my large coffee mug I take to work, as it says you can select the mug size, wrong! The unit makes a great SMALL cup of coffee, like you have at a formal dining table, but all it does is water down the coffee to get you a larger size. To fill my coffee mug I have to use TWO containers of coffee. If you like your coffee on the weak side this is the coffee maker for you, if you like normal to strong coffee this is NOT the coffee maker for you."

"Bought this for a family Christmas gift. What a great investment. The kids love the hot chocolate & it's easy for them to use. My husband enjoys the coffee, but haven't found our favorite brand/flavor yet. I like it for tea. It's extremely quiet when brewing & very quick. We bought a filter to brew our own coffee. The only draw back is that it recommends using bottled or filtered water. We love this Keurig!!!"

"My wife got this for me as an anniversary/christmas gift. I have to say, this is one of the best gifts ever. I drink coffee on a regular basis, but I am a tea drinker. "I became a fan of this coffee maker when I took my daughter to her first ballet class. They have all kinds of coffee, tea and hot chocolate available for the parents to enjoy while the kids are in another room dancing. At first I was skeptical of how good it would taste but once I tried it, I fell in love with it. This is perfect since I am the only one at home who loves coffee and don't have to make (and throw away) more than half a pot of coffee. It's a must-have!!"
