Karastan Artworks Mimosa floral rug, January 25, 2009

"We love the colors and floral motif in our modern kitchen with cherry hardwood floors. With a full thickness pad it is soft but dense and warm underfoot. On the website the light dominant color of the rug looks gray, but it is actually a wonderful, gentle green. The colors go well with many shades of red and green, which allows colorful kitchen decorating. Very, Very Plush. We are very happy and satisfied."

"This was the first time I bought an area rug. The rug is thick and it's still shedding after two weeks, but the shedding isn't terrible. I thought that since I have cats, the dark colors would highlight any of their fur, but it doesn't. The rug feels good under the feet and it looks great. It was a little hard to find throw pillows to match the brown in the rug, but looking for a light chocolate color helped. I hope to find the right hue of red for curtains. It's a beautiful rug that matches the artwork in my living room, so I am extremely pleased."
