"This is a great machine! We have used it constantly for about two months now. I would definitely recommend viewing the instructional dvd that comes with, as the written directions don't always seem clear. Once you get the hang of it though, very easy to use and clean. I've had quite a few other espresso makers over the years, and would have to say that so far this is the best. I also like the hot water feature, as we drink a lot of tea as well as coffee."

"WE had this unit for 4 years, used daily for at least 6 two-shot cups of espresso. It finally wore out! We'll be buying another. Great coffee-shop espresso, cap, mocha, etc. Used it for hot chocolate, tea, etc. Relatively small footprint on counter, but soooo easy to use. Recommend this highly."
