"I noticed these shoes ( in the giraffe print) and HAD to have them. This kind of 'love' at first sight doesn't happen often for me and I was able to get them at a killer price at Macy's. I found the sillohuette to be stunning and particularly flattering. The first time I wore them to work, I could only wear them for about an hour, if that. The insole being manmade as opposed to leather made my feet begin to sweat within the first five minutes. This made my somewhat narrow feet slide forward and they were squished in the peep toe. I found it difficult to walk properly and needed to change my shoes, much to my shagrin.
HOWEVER! I think that this can be remedied with those foot pads that you place at the ball of the foot and they hinder one from sliding forward. I have yet to buy some but, I am definitely willing to so I can show off my amazing shoes!
I rated the shoe 'neutral' for the width but, if you require a wide width such as a D or E, I wouldnt recommend these shoes. The leather is quite stiff and unforgiving.
As far as arch support goes I haven't noticed any at all. I don't require a firm arch support like one would find in a Chaco brand shoe, however it didn't yield much support. I still think with some foot pads that everything will be alleviated.

Love them, but...,

"I fell in love and bought the red pair several months ago and finally wore them to work. well I as deeply disappointed when I saw two nicks on the shoe. The scars are so obvious! I used a red sharpie to color them in...still somewhat visible. I got the black ones for my b-day a week ago and thankfully, no battle scars there after wearing them to work. I was glad to pay the price b/c I was in love, but very disappointed at how the red shoe scarred to easily."

"This are one of my favorite pumps...their perfect for my height since i'm very petite. This pumps are comfy.I like them so much I bought 4 pairs! 2 of them in black,1 red and 1 khaki.
If you should ever come across the khaki color pumps those are must haves! It will look good with a black outfit or a red dress! Also the khaki color pumps will make you look like you have longer legs!"

"These shoes are FANTASTIC! I bought them for a night I planned to go out dancing downtown with some friends and they are the best. I got so many compliments on them and they fit like a glove. "I got these for Christmas and love them. I have worn them out dancing twice. Towards the end of the night my feet start to hurt a little...but nothing like other heels I have worn. "Everyone needs a pair of patent leather red pumps to accent a black polka dot skirt or dress! I love these shoes. They aren't so high that my center of gravity is off, which is nice! The part where the toe opens has not given me any discomfort either. I would definately recommend this product."
