"This bedding set is marvelous! I bought it as part of the makeover of my house. I attached a sheer white bedding net to the ceiling over my bed and it gave the room a mystic, romantic, emperial feel. It's amazing what a new comforter can do!"

Great value for sale price,

"I ordered this for my first bedroom/home with my boyfriend. We're 20 so our tastes are a little trendier than this set, but I couldn't resist the price. It's a much brighter gold than in the photo but we broke it up with some rosey sheets. The rose colored flower embroidery adds a fresh touch to the set. It's not very warm, but it was only $79.99. 5 stars because of the great value. It'd be a good summer set - we're a little chilly with the 28 degree nights in my town but it's still so lovely to look at. I'm having a hard time deciding what to pain the room since our bed is such a centerpiece now :]"

"I bought this on sale for $50 for a present and immediately thought it was a huge bargain. The material and golden color looks luxurious and even feels soft and comfortable, not rough or stiff. I believe it'll match any decor, esp. browns like espresso or even cherry. It also almost looks eastern inspired w/ its rich color/pattern. The only gripe I have is that in the picture, the red detail is more muted in person, like a very deep berry pink, but not red which I believe would have made it look more elegant. But buy it anyway because it really is beautiful; it'll definitely make your room stand out.
It was so pretty that I showed my mom what I got for my sister as a present that she fell in love with it (and the price) and bought herself a set."

"If you are looking for a gold-colored bed spread this is it..Gold in beautiful combination with other colors! The comforter itself is so comfortable and it keeps us warm. Definitely worth the price I paid, which was $80 plus shipping. It gives our room that classic, elegant look without making it look old! The only complaint that I had in the beginning is that the first time I opened it the color looked like more mustard than gold but as the days passed it turned in to that rich golden color that now brightens up the room."

Snags very easily and very lightweight,

"It's pretty and more golden than appears in the picture. It's not what it looks like that bothers me. It's how it's wearing. I have only had them (I ordered two queen sets) for 3 weeks and the stitching is snagging and pulling all over. It is very delicate, way toooo delicate and already looks old.
And it is more like a summer blanket in warmth. It looks full and fluffy out of the bag and even on the bed, but it's not warm enough for winter. You'll need not only a top sheet but an extra blanket or two, depending of where you live. I would NOT purchase again."

"I ordered this online when it was on a great sale, and It came fast.
The set is indeed pretty, but don't expect the comforter to be thick or heavy in any way. It's pretty lightweight, it looks like it would be heftier than it is, but other than that the set is great.. Too bad it doesn't include sheets!"
