"The towels are absolutely beautiful. As instructed, I soaked the towels in water for one hour with one cup of white vinegar to ensure longevity of color brightness. None of the color came out. I purchased the Azalea. I love bright colors and have been asked to do similar with fabrics purchased for sewing. This did not seem to be an unreasonable request."

"I chose these towels because I found a color I really liked and could buy a bathroom rug and lid cover to match. What a mistake! I should have chosen another brand. After just one washing there are loose threads sprouting out everywhere. I keep snipping them off, but when it's time to buy new towels I'll steer clear of Charter Club."

"I just received these towels as a wedding gift and I am already disappointed. I received them in a light neutral color and after one use they have ORANGE stripes all over them!!! I took the hand towels and wash cloths off my registry and will be returning the towels I received. These towels are not cheap in cost BUT tey are cheap in quality. Save yourself the headache and go with a different brand!"

"Well the one thing I do like about the Charter Club bath sheet is the size but that's the only thing I like about them. I purchased the towels in the sage green and washed them immediately. As soon as they came out of the dryer I noticed what looked like rust blotches on each and every one of the brand new towels. I just hope that I can return them. "I received these towels as a gift last Christmas from a family member. After many washings, the colors are starting to lift from the towels and bleed onto other items in my washer. The towels themselves are unsightly, they look like bleach has been poured on them. The colors I have are ginger and palm. What good are bath towels that you can't wash? I would not buy these towels or recommend them to any one else."
