"My husband and I originally registered for another upright wheeled carry-on because it advertised that it was light weight and it had a great look. When it arrived, it was definitely not light weight and it was difficult to pack because of all the pockets and special features. We went to Macy's to exchange it and spent a good deal of time in the luggage department. We went with the 20" upright Werks Traveler for a few reasons:
1. It's really clean lines and flat pockets it makes it really easy to pack. 2. When it's expanded, it still stands upright. 3. It is incredibly light-weight compared to other similar style upright carry-ons (we spent a lot of time testing this) 4. You get a lifetime warranty on the Victorinox luggage.
The only thing we would criticize (mildly) is the one post handle sometimes makes it difficult to control a full bag when you're rushing in the airport, particularly around corners and up curbs. We figured if it ever breaks - at least it's under lifetime warranty.
By far the best bag of this type and would definitely buy it again."

"I bought the 24", 22" and wheeled boarding tote (red) and traveled to Europe last month (7 flights total). The luggage held up great.. I had a few black scuff marks that were easy to remove. This set has a deeper width than the Samsonite and thus will hold more clothing. Very well designed inside and out! Expensive but worth it."

"I looked at luggage for a while before deciding to buy the Victorinox 22" carry on; I was mostly hesitant because of the price. I looked at other more popular name brands but found those not as durable as what they cost. Before deciding to buy the Victorinox I went to a local Macy's store to look at them and was surprised how extremely durable they are! I immediately went home and bought the green one and love it! It has numerous compartments, a garment bag and has a zipper that makes the suitcase expandable. It also has a lifetime warranty even if the airline ruins it. I also got it for a great deal - 40% off and additional 10% for using my macy's card, plus free shipping! My husband even commented on how nice it is and I plan to buy another piece soon for him! I would like to slowly purchase more to add to my collection as we travel a lot. I HIGHLY recommend!"

"I purchased 2 Victorinox Werks pieces in anticipation of some overseas travel. The lifetime warranty including damage caused by the airlines was the biggest selling point for me. I have travelled domestically and internationally and have had bags destroyed by the airlines. So far, these pieces have held up very well. They also have a lot of features that make travelling much easier."

"I am a frequent traveler and have gone through so many suitcases through the years I lost count. When I discovered the Victorinox brand I originally thought it would be like all the other bags. How wrong I was. Not only does it have a lifetime warranty, the wheels are some of the best I have ever used on a suitcase. The fabric is stainproof and super tough to withstand all of the abuse from the airlines. I highly recommend this bag to anyone that wants a sturdy suitcase with tons of room!"
