"Extremely high quality piece which bakes evenly and consistently and is also particularly easy to clean. Another advantage is that many dining rooms use a big variety of open serving bowls each holding about two quarts. Should you want this to do double duty as also a 2 quart, open serving bowl, it functions the same way on your table that the two quart open square serving bowl works in fancy bone china sets."

absolutely worth the purchase

"I finally used my baker for Thanksgiving. I baked "dressing" in it. It held quite a bit and cooked up beautifully. Due to it's density it takes a bit more time to heat but once it starts cooking it doesn't take long. The real joy is clean up! Nothing stuck to the baker and it still looked brand new with no scratches from serving spoons. The scarlet color I choose was so rich and the baker is of great quality. Dont hesitate to buy."
