"The chocolate brown Milano sectional is very attractive. The leather is comfortable, but after 1 month, the stitching is falling apart in several areas. The back pillows are not as firm as I would like them to be, but I will have to wait to see how they will hold up over time. One of the legs is a bit too short, so I will have to call customer service about it. Overall, I do like this sectional. By the way, the delivery men were very nice, perfessional, and informative."

"My boyfriend and I were looking for couches for a while. We really wanted leather but didn't like that some of them were sooo stiff. This couch is extremely comforable. Not to stiff but not mushy. It is easy to clean. i use leather cleaner and it keeps it nice and shiny. I would definiltey recommend this to people. This is a great sectional for a great price."

"We just got our new sectional delivered today. The delivery people were really nice and brought the large heavy couch in with no problems. It is so much nicer and richer looking than I thought it would be. This is the first time I have ordered furniture on line but I don't think it will be the last. The quality is very good. The sectional is very well made and the delivery guy showed us how to put it together properly and how to take it back apart. We were very impressed with the service contract too. It is very comfortable and we look forward to many years of enjoyment. Thank you Macy's. We are very impressed!"

"Images do not do justice to the fantastic leather sectional from Macy's. When I first laid eyes on this item I thought, WOW did I finally find my "perfect" sectional? And the answer is I HAVE! The detail is top quality as is the leather used in its construction. The style is timeless and clean. The icing on the proverbial cake is that from start to finish which includes great information from the Macy's online website and directions to the Macy Furniture store, to thorough & knowlegable staff and non-pressured assistance and delivery .... simply pleasant! Purchasing from Macy's could not have been easier. Why didn't I do this earlier? I highly recommend friends to Macy's for their furniture purchases.

"I looked high and low to find a comfortable, stylish, reasonably priced leather sectional and found it in this one. It was advertised on special with no interest financing for 12 months...only at Macy's...couldn't resist it. It seats all our guests comfortably, even our 7 chihuahuas like it, though they are not allowed on it. We've had this for almost a year and the leather is holding up very well under much use. Purchased the brown leather....Very happy with this one!"

"We've shopped over 20 furniture stores and it never crossed our mind to buy furniture from a mall-department store. We've been looking at Natuzzi and American Leather sectional but didn't want to 'throw' our money away. We were impressed with the price for the style and leather grade that the Milano offered. We purchased this sectional in white and it was delivered within a week! We LOVE the color. It's not bright white but more of an off-white. The stitching is very clean and tight. The sectional is more on the firm-side and the leather feels like a medium-to-low grade. We love how there are only two seat cushions. We didn't rate this sectional a 5 Star because when our sectional arrived, there were three permanent blue stains on the cushions from where the tape of the wrapper had gotten stuck. Also, we think one of the delivery guys cut the wrapper too fast and caused a very minor 3/4 inch cut on the leather of the arm rest. We noted these two damages on the Delivery Sheet before the guys left. We contacted Macy's customer service about the damages. They ordered a new sectional to be delivered to us in 6 days. Overall, it's a great product with great service."

"This sofa is extremely comfortable, especially for the very affordable price. the leather is very soft, not too firm and not to mushy. we love that the back pillows are attached by a zipper so we can remove them for when we have guests sleep on it. The wooden legs and low seating give a very modern yet classic look. its also great that the two pieces can be detached so easy to move in. Definitley recommended."

"We looked around for a while trying to find a sofa that satisfied both our wants and needs. This was it. It is stylish, sleek, comfortable, easy to clean and large enough to seat 6 people. The leather seems to be very durable, but it is starting to stretch a little where we sit frequently. We are happy with it so far. And we were able to get it at an amazing price over a holiday weekend. Make sure to look for it on sale. I don't think we would have bought it at full price."

"After shopping for several weeks, we ordered the Milano sectional July 2008. After looking at Natuzzi's "Square", and realizing that Macy's was reselling Natuzzi's "Square" as their "Milano", we did not hesitate (Natuzzi is really good stuff). We had the couch delivered to our storage unit in California. Macy's handled the delivery perfectly. We then had the couch shipped to our home in Holland!
When we received the couch in Holland, and took it out of the packaging, we were very impressed with the leather's quality (clearly a nice "full grain", but not a "top grain"). While the frame is obviously particleboard (yes, install all [included] support-legs), it seems pretty well made. We like the way that the back cushions zip onto the couch. However, we would prefer it if the seat cushions were removable.
I have waited a year and a half before writing this review. The Milano remains my favorite part of our living room; it's large enough to hold up to 6, it's not as bulky or obnoxious as most similarly-priced couches, and is pretty enough to not look out of place next to a vintage Barcelona Chair. The couch is also wearing well: We are on it every day with our 10 month old son and it always looks new after it is cleaned with a damp cloth.
So, in conclusion, if you have the space, this is one of the best sections that you will find for the money (nearly half what Natuzzi will charge you for the SAME couch)."

"Just received my new white Milano sectional and we are in love with it. Perfect "sit" for us and lovely in our remodeled home. We have a very small footprint and the scale of this fits beautifully without consuming the space. Looks sleek and contemporary, but not too low as other modern sectionals sat. We bought the warranty so hopefully we will be covered in case of accident. The only down side is that when delivered, two of the legs are a MUCH lighter color than the others. I called customer service and we have a package of new ones on the way. They said they will send out technicians to put them on in our home. So far, so good. Delivery really was "white glove...great guys""

"Got this couch a month ago in white...absolutely love it. However, i highly recommend you buy the furniture protection plan if you get the white b/c it can soil quickly and not easy to remove stains! :(
Also, make sure any decorative pillows you throw on it do not run in color. Had a black pillow and some color rubbed off on couch!"

"We have had this sofa for about 2 weeks. It's absolutely beautiful. It' larger then I expected. The chocolate brown is a nice rich colour. It's firm and is still cozy. I haven't had any problems with the frame, it has a leg that supports the chaise portion to the front. You can tell because it's different then all the other legs. So far it's wonderful! Great quality sofa for the price!"

"First let me beginwih the PROS of this sofa: Price was great; delivery and service from Macy's was great; design is attractive, size is good; chocolate color is nice; it's a little cold, but that's leather;seems durable; service technician was scheduled for one week after I called in; it's comfortable-I like that it's more on the firm side. Here are the CONS: we have had this sofa for 4 months and already the middle cushion on the chaise is sagging. My husband usually sits here and weighs 210, which you would think it could hold. I wish I had read the review from the person who talked with the inspector who said there are frame issues, esp with the chaise. I can see the need for a middle, third leg, which is missing from the chaise. I am confident that Macy's will take care of us. They have good customer service. ps-we did buy the extended warranty which I think is a safe bet. If you don't use it in 7 years they will refund you your money. And yes, you need to say it was an accident for them to cover it, though I don't know that from experience. So overall, buy with caution and ensure that a third support leg/bar is installed on your chaise and I suspect you'll be fine. Happy Lounging..."

"We bought this couch almost 3 years ago and it has been a nightmare from the beginning...should have returned it!! First they messed up the delivery twice by bringing two of the same pieces. When we finally got our couch it was beautiful...but broke within a few months (like two) in the center of the couch...had to argue to get it replaced vs. repaired...finally got it replaced...the repair place called with the replacement part 6 months later! The same spot broke again about a year ago...and we have been trying to get it fixed and/or replaced ever since. I am VERY dissappointed by our purchase and the HUGE headache it has been!! It is NOT worth the money...just not sturdy...and we are a household of two...at normal weights. :-("
