"First of all, I love shopping Macy's for clothing, so I decided to go into their furniture store since I was in the market for a sofa and chair. I just love the furniture. I purchased the Piero sofa and chair last month (June), and I absolutely love it. I like the fact that the sofa and chair sit high and firm. And, not to mention that my sales rep was wonderful. The delivery and set-up were done professionally and the driver were very courtesy. If in need again, I will certainly go to Macy's furniture store again."

"We received the Piero Sofa, Loveseat, Chair, and Ottoman last Friday, and I love all of the pieces. The furniture does sit a bit higher than in the store and the seat cushions are a bit firmer than the pieces we tried in the store, but I imagine with time and use our pieces will become comparable to the models displayed in the store in terms of softness and height."

"Just got this 3 piece set a few weeks ago and absolutly love it. The delivery company put pads on the bottom of everything so our wood floors wouldn't get scratched. The couch and chair are very comfortable and are a beautiful color. The leather is fantastic and very cat friendly :)"

Dissapointed with leather,January 3, 2009

"I just purchased this as a gift and am disappointed with the leather. The sofa leather seems ok but am really annoyed with the chair. First off, I realize that over time leather may start to wrinkle as you wear it in but this set of furniture wrinkles pretty bad and you have to manually smooth it out else it looks bad. The sofa actually wasn't so bad but the chair was just unacceptable. The floor model displayed none of this at ALL and it's constantly being used?!
So, we called to have the chair replaced and they sent over a tech who claimed the chair was under filled by 1/4". .They agreed to change it with another chair but the replacement wasn't that much better, IMHO.
I would of considered returning the whole thing outright but it was gift and the person who received it (MOM) was waiting a long time for new furniture. Oh well, not happy."

"I recently purchased the couch and two chairs for my fairly narrow living room. I needed something that would be easy to clean with a small child and a few animals. I have never really been a fan of leather, but these have changed my mind completely. The couch sits back further than my previous couch, making my room seem much larger. I've even found that I now have the room for two ottomans, which I plan to purchase this week. All are super comfortable and have great back support, not to mention very nap-worthy. The legs make them sit higher than some, so grabbing the toys that roll under is much easier and pet hair won't be able to collect because its easier to clean under. I am totally satisfied and would highly recommend."

"After seeing all the good reviews online, I went to try out the actual sofa at Macys. It was perfect! Cushion firmness was just right, my feet were able to touch the floor and my back was very comfortable so I just knew this was the sofa for me. I purchased the sofa that day and waited for about 2 weeks for delivery due to love seat not being in stock. Anyhow It just got delivered today and for some reason cushions were much firmer than I expected and My feet wasnt able to touch the floor. Since the sofa set that I received are new compare to the ones in Macys, I expected it to be firmer but I just couldnt understand why my feets were not able to touch the groud. Im going back to Macys today to compare. Overall salesperson and delivery experience was excellent."

"We purchased this set after shopping around for a few weeks. We needed a set that would fit through our doors which are 30" wide. The last set we purchased from elsewhere would not fit and had to be returned. My husband who's 6' feet also wanted it to fit him well and be comfortable and cushiony. We are very please with the Piero set. It's very handsome and easy to clean especially since we have two small children. I also like that the legs are higher than most sofas and it's easy to clean underneath so dirt and things don't just accumulate. I would definitely get the otterman too because it provides that much more comfort when sitting in the chair."

"I purchased this sofa about a yr ago. Ill admit I havent used it much,but everytime I do, I'm amazed @ how comfortable it is. Ive even slept on it. All of my friends love it when they come over. The only down side is the feet. I slid the sofa across the floor,and they chipped. But since you can hardly see it,it doesnt make a difference. Im about to buy the chair that comes with it."
