Sags after 2 nights!

"I purchased this fine looking set after an impressive show at the store. BIG mistake. To put it simply, this mattress is awful. After two nights the middle caved in and I felt like I was sinking like quicksand. Maybe my mistake was in buying a pillowtop style, which I've learned and heard tends to sag rapidly. But I feel the mattress has no support whatsoever and is softer than a marshmallow. I would definitely not recommend this (or one similar) to anyone. Sorry to say, it was the worst few nights of sleep I've ever experienced."

"The entire purchase experience was tremendous. Customer service, coordination, confirmation and delivery was quick and as promised. I have only a few days in this bed. I'm learning that while the aches and pains are gone in my neck and upper back since my old bed replacement, this bed doesn't quite have the support for the lower back if you like to turn on your stomach. However, ultra plush best suits those that are side sleepers. It holds true to form. It is comfortable and I no longer experience numbness in my arms from "side" sleeping."

"I received this bed after having my old bed for nearly ten years, It was queen sealy pillow top that I had found at a wholesale club for about 400 dollars. It served us well until it started to sink. This new macy bed is very plush, it feels like a cloud compared to my old one. If you like a soft matress this one is for you, it does not sink like a Taco as some other reviewers have said. This only down side to this mattress is the height. I am 5'7 and I still need to climb up. so if your short or have health problems that would prevent you from climbing, either get the low profile box spring or get another mattress. I am looking forward to many great nights of sleep. I'am happy with the mattress, the delivery, the ordering process, and most of all the price. happy sleeping to all."

"This bed It is definitely not a good choice if you have back problems. I have only had mine for a six months and there is already a impression in the right side of thebed. It does not support your back at all. It is just TOO soft and now I have more back problems than before. It is extremely high so it is hard to get in and out of bed on top of being in alot of pain in the morning.

Don't do it, pay a little more and get a better mattress. You wont regret because I sure do!""

"We purchased this mattress for our vacation home. Our contractor was at the home when it arrived so I wasn't there, and for some reason the bed was never set up. So that was left to us.
There's more. The width of the bed doesn't feel like a true queen-size. My husband and I felt crowded on this mattress; we have always slept on a queen-size before with no problem. We also made a mistake and ordered the normal box-spring, which when combined with the extra-tall height of this mattress, makes the bed difficult for a small person like me (5'3") to climb into. Finally, the bed may just be too soft for people with back problems like us.
Lots of reviewers loved this bed. Wish we could say the same."

I was skeptical about purchasing items site unseen. But I fell in love with my mattress and would recommend this mattress to anyone who has problems with their neck, back, and legs. "I really love soft, fluffy mattresses, so I figured that this one would be perfect for me. Turns out... not so much. This is TOO soft. I recently turned 26 and since I'm pretty young and healthy I don't normally have back issues. However, this mattress provides no support at all, and as a result, since I've gotten the bed, I wake up with back (and arm, for some reason) pain every day. I've had the mattress for about three weeks now, and I'm trying to figure out if I'll get used to it. I'm thinking no.

My fiance, who likes firmer beds, absolutely hates this.

I will probably exchange it for something a little more supportive."
