"Bought this on sale after looking at it for a couple of months. I LOVE IT! I can preheat the bed and then turn it off or on the nights when my bones are telling me how old I am, I can leave it on and drift off in cozy comfort. The mattress pad itself is really nice too - I have a great mattress but notice a new difference in comfort from the pad as well. I love the zones - warm middle but cold top or feet or just warm feet - its really a great design."

"Just received this product, was very disappointed in the design based on the description. This is not a pad by any stretch of the imagination, it should be described as a mattress COVER. There is little to no loft on the surface, it fits VERY loose on the mattress (queen), which makes me wonder if it will stay in place. The electronics and heat are very nice, although not the utopia that some have described. All in all, I would say it's nice, but not worth the price,unless the varied heat distribution is you goal. Best suited for couples with extreme differences in sleeping comfort levels."

"this matress pad is wonderful for those extra chilly nights, my husband has not been happier to get into a warm bed. it warms up instantly, the only con is there is only one remote so we just keep in the middle under our body pillow we use for a divider. Its really warm and the zones are wonderful so you can set in anywhere you want heat... i would recommend this pad and its fits so well on our king bed!!! remote is easy to use also.. Don't wait this is worth every dollar spent!!!"

"I wanted to write a review soon after we purchased this product due to my excitement about it. I've had this mattress pad for over a year now and I absolutely love it. If it broke tomorrow (which I highly doubt), I would purchase another one immeditately. The dual heating zones are the best feature of this mattress pad. It has prevent nightly arguments on heating preferences between my spouse & I. For us, the mattress pad stays on year round, even in the summer. For those who keep a cold house during the summer months, it helps to use the mattress pad on a low setting. In the winter, nothing compares. We are able to turn down the thermostats thanks to the warmth of our bed. Thanks Sunbeam for creating such a wonderful product."

"This item does exactly what its name suggest. It is therapeutic, restful and relieving. It is worth the investment. During the winter, I wake up pain free and warm. Furthermore, there is a reduction in my heating cost. I purchased this item on sale, and it is well worth the cost, sale or regular price...but I love that I bought it on sale!"

"This mattress pad is everything I hoped it would be, especially the zoned heating areas. I have low back pain, & like being able to choose the heat for that specific area. The pad itself is thick enough that you don't feel the wires. The only thing that would make it better is for it to have dual controls. We had to put the control in a ziploc bag & hang it on the headboard between us. This mattress pad was more expensive, but we have found it is worth the extra money."

"After using different types of heated mattress for the past 10 years - I decided to give this expensive one a try. Quite comfortable with the padding. I am quite skeptical w/sunbeam products becuz the ones that I had had for the past 10 years hardly survived more than 2 yrs. (And usually they provide more than necessary heat than recquired.) I'll test this for the next 2 weeks and see how the mechanics work w/different zoning and will update this product agaain."

"I purchased this item about two weeks ago. It is truly amazing. The only downside is getting out of bed in the morning, especially a work day, is difficult. The preheated setting is great. Now when I go to sleep at night I feel like I am at a spa.
The three separate zones are wonderful. I have a Sleep Number Bed and it fits the mattress perfectly."

"My sister has been trying to talk me into buying this heated mattress pad for about 2 years. I finally broke under the pressure a month ago and I am forever grateful for her nagging. "I bought this thinking that it would keep me and my boys a little warmer since our house is so cold and who can afford to keep the heater running all night. Well it is perfect. I somehow sleep with three people in a bed and I can set it just right for each of us. Its nice to that I can hide the remote from my little ones too considering they are still convinced it is a video game. This is an amazing investment. It was worth spending a little extra."

"Love love love this heated mattress pad! We had a Sunbeam electric blanket before this that stopped working when i washed it. I grew up with the heated pads and like that they get super toasty, and heat from the bottom up.
I wish I could give this product 5 stars (it is fabulous) - but it only has one controller! If that isn't an issue for you - run right out and buy this product, but in the middle of the night when i want to turn the pad up or down and the controller is on my husband's night stand.... forget about it!"

"My husband and I both love this mattress pad. He likes it hot, and I prefer it slightly above cool. This way we get what we both want, and we're comfortable. The zonal controls are nice in that we can just turn on the heat for one area, for say, a sore back or cold feet. The wireless control is also a plus. No extra wires hanging about."

"One of those things I wonder how I ever did without!! Wife likes to sleep toasty and I like to sleep cool. Divorce would mean that we would halve everything. "I bought this wonderful mattress pad several months ago and it's THE BEST - 5 STARS ! It's very easy to set up and it heats in no time. "I just signed up with you. I do not know how I ordered one if I did not sign up. I bought a queen. I give it five stars.I am looking to puchase a full size for my mother for christmas. I just love the gadget with the two people on it. I have fibromyalgia.I have severe pain in muscles. It has helped me get up in the morning with no pain. I like how you can heat in three areas of your body. My cat also loves it because , he used to get up ,when I got up. It does stay warm after you turn it off.Since I had it , the cat stays in bed longer."

"No more frosty toes. I used to go to bed every night dreading getting into a freezing cold bed but now I just push the prehead button on my remote control and get into a toasty warm bed and I am in heaven. I can't believe I waited this long. It is soft, no feeling of wires, washable, dual controls, 3 zones so you can have your head cool and your back and feet warm-whatever you want. Heaven!"

"The deep 22 inches fits perfectly over my 18" mattress, plus my down mattress pad. I love the dual zone, and the ability to choose where I want the warmth on my body. I cannot say enough about this pad, I sleep with open windows and a fan on in the winter, and this pad kept me warm and cozy all night long. I woke up without any back pain or body stiffness that happens without enough warmth while sleeping. I highly recommend this product, the pad itself is so comfy!!"
