Solid non-stick cookware

"Please allow me to preface this: non-stick cookware needs to be replaced faster than any of it's stainless steel or copper counterparts. Having said, these are great non-stick pans that circiulate heat well and clean up with relative ease (unless, of course, I burn something with a hearty scent#. I would buy these again. I know they're dishwasher safe, but they're likely to hold up better and you're less likely to consume non-stick coating when you cook in them if you wash them by hand #I learned this lesson the hard way with the first set I owned a few years ago)."

"I bought a set of these pans several years ago. They held up well, so I bought a set for my son who just moved into his own appartment. If I overcook something and the food sticks, I just soak in hot soapy water for an hour and the food comes right off, no scrubbing needed. The non-stick has not worn and they cook as good as when I first got them. I am very happy with these pans."

"I'm a cook, and I've gone through more non-stick pans than I can count... they all just wear out after about six months.

But then I bought these - at a GREAT price - and got a little smarter about how I used them. I only use a silicone spatula or a wooden spoon, I never turn the burner on "high", and I never put them in the dishwasher or put anything on top of them (like another pan) to store them. After over a year, they are still as good as the day I bought them.

So now I'm buying these for my daughter's birthday.... you can't beat this deal."
