"Calphalon created a solid set of wooden utensils. My favorite wooden utensil is the corner spoon. It's genius! A very simple tweak to the original wooden spoon, but much more practical when you are trying to salvage every last morsel! I showed it to my husband and he had to have two! It works great and the wood weathers well with continued use and cleaning. A staple for the kitchen!"

"I have owned the 3 set of spoons by Calphalon for a few months now and love using them. They are easy to clean up and don't splinter like others. The only downside is that they still tend to stain with darker sauces."

"I own this set of spoons. I love them. Of course, as with any wooden utensils, you must use mineral oil on them so they stay in good shape, but it is worth the extra effort. Wood is much better than other materials because they are not flimsy like plastic or silicone ones and they are safe for your nonstick cookware. I would definitely recommend these to anyone."
