"After washing and stacking, moisture seems to remain in the clay bottoms, and they form mildew rings on my china cabinet shelves - or on the dishes they're stacked on top of. If anyone has a suggestion how to avoid this, I'd be SO appreciative, because they really are gorgeous, and I've received so many comments."

"The dishes are beautiful and can easily get scratched. I place a foam paper plate in between then when i stack and have kept them chip free for two months."

"I was thrilled when I found these lovely dishes and to know they are microwave & dishwasher safe. However, I had them for less than 2 weeks and 2 of the plates chipped. I still love them, but wish they were a little more durable."

"I bought 4 salad plates to mix and match with my current dinnerware. I have 2 chips in 3 months of using them. I would not recommend buying these dishes for everyday use."

"These plates are gorgeous, and look very pretty in my kitchen, which was recently remodeled in a french country (reds, greens, yellow) motif. My only complaint is that the bowls are on back-order and it's taking a long time to get them."

"Not all it was cracked up to be!",April 3, 2007

"We loved the patterns and mixing and matching. The dishes however did not hold up to routine use. After a few months all were chipped and the glaze showed cracks on the surface. We unfortunately had to return them."

"If you are trying to decide whether or not to purchase this china, DO IT!!! It's beautiful!! I even purchased a different color for the bowls and salad plates and it's very pretty when you place them on a table. Can't wait to add different pieces to it on down the road."
